Really? What are you using Oren? I post from an ipad 2, and google docs work fine for me...

There has been some awesome writing and very well thought out posts so far. And now we've got our first concrete lead! I can't wait to see where this leads.
Props to the GM as well for doing a great job to make this really feel like a custom crafted experience. I wish I could GM half as good as you have thus far.
Nef, I use a newer iPad and iPhone and Google docs is a bane of their existence. Most of the time I can access the maps there, but I can't edit, or add anything to them at all.
Well Google changed their drive from working off one app to working off three. Maybe we can see if we can walk you through? If my old ipad 2 can hack it, your spiffy newer model should be able to do so.
My boyfriend has the latest ipad, and can also navigate it. I'm thinking you may need the proper set of apps downloaded to make this work.
If you all can walk me through what I need, that'd be awesome.
Are you on google hangouts Oren? So we could chat real time? Or do you want to do this solely by email?
I guess I'd have to do it via email. I'm not really a computer guy, so I'm not even sure what Google hangout is, lol.
I'll start working on it this week, but we are getting possibly 16" of snow today, so I might be out of touch for a bit, lol!

I also do most of my posting from my phone so unfortunately I can't do any editing or contributing to google docs (even though I have an android phone!)

Aikane: According to the Freebooter's guide the Karikanti language is perhaps the root language for Tulita, or an ancient offshoot, the gatormen of Blacksink Marsh speak this corrupt tongue of an extinguished Tulita tribe. Also Sahuagin is an essential tongue for any who trade with the sea devils.
IMO either language would be an ideal choice.
As for integrating your background with the Viscount's I wholeheartedly encourage it! Perhaps this is how Nefertiti was introduced to him as well?
Sorry about the lack of posting all. I have been battling a cold which has slowed things down for me :( Hopefully with some more rest I will feel like my old self, ready to resume devouring duties!

What I wanted to get a sense of was wardrobe. What do your clothes look like? Though I think that according to your pictures it looks like Zem is wearing a loin cloth and maybe some strategically placed leather bands... Is this true?
What are you wearing? Jewelry. Body covering. Are you wearing a shirt? I really want to know what Nef needs to work with here.
So from the feet up... What clothes do you have on, if any? If the answer is a loin cloth and coconut oil*, I'll deal...

I think I will go with option 3. Seems more in line with what Zemwaar would wear, as well as the overall look/attitude. That one doesn't show much muscle :)
I'm not that much in favor of loincloth like clothing for him. I'm going with soft boots, loose earth colored pants, some animal skin clothing over his torso, and the chain shirt, leather bound bracers, face paintings, bead necklace, feather earrings, very short cut hair, and deeply bronzed skin. How does that sound?

And I suppose Aikane may have worked for the viscount before, but I'll leave the details of that up to Friend Kraken since I know little about the npc myself.
Maybe he was working as something of an investigator for the viscount's family? Keeping trouble away from the girl as part of a team?

This was the best I could find, although Rata is definitely a bit more grizzled and less... metro? Hehe.

Yeah, I'd like to get a look at my avatar's full concept art. I know it tells you which character it is when you select it, but I'm usually posting from my phone, so that makes things difficult. I'd say Rata probably looks like a combination of my avatar and that concept art.
I really like your avatar Nef, but a woman in another one of my games uses it as well and sometimes I forget which game I'm reading. She also goes by Nel so that doesn't help things either, hah.
Sorry I haven't posted recently; my internet went out at home and I had to play a game called 'Why aren't you working?'
Turns out my modem cable got melted by a baseboard heater; its replaced now.

Guys, for some reason when I access the Google Drive page with the Player Information, it shows no content.
It loads fine for me, boss.
Zemwaar, I tested the link on the Campaign page and everything loaded fine. Can you make sure you are logged into your Google account?
