Your backstory is really cool! That seems a lot of stuff to do for a first level character, though: I mean, we're Gestalted with pumped stats, but we're still low level scrubs (for now :P). Commanding your own raiding party and controlling the turf of a city seems more the purview of a middle level character or higher.Lythirra exaggerates on the other side: she's been hitting still targets for all her life. Hilarity will ensue the first time she gets in combat.

Ha, yeah I should probably rewrite it to make it a bit more clear that it's hardly a kingdom built by her own hand, more just something handed to her by title and momma's pursestrings, hence why everything collapses fairly quickly once she's not hidden behind a wall of her mother's interference.

Jehav was not born into the privileged noble family. All the same he was born into their service. As normal for the fighters that are born into the lower ranks of a Noble family, he took the name of the family and followed their traditions. He was trained from a very young age by the Weapon master of the family before being taken into the army for sorting and more personalized training. He had been thought to be weak and not fit for the family name before he went into the training field but it was soon realized that he just wasn't mean for normal fighting.
He was good with a bow, good at hiding, and very good at placing his shots where they hurt the most. So it was that he began training in the assassin legion of the family. He was taught more then just the basics of poison use and trained rigorously in self discipline and deception. However before he could even get into the finer points of the job, the Noble family was attacked and slaughtered. He was out on a field exercise at the time when it happened or he likely would've been killed himself.
He took what little he had learned and hid his namesake for the time being till he could find himself a place to belong.It was during the couple of years he spent destitute that the Lady in Shadow's clergy found him. They could sense his innate charm and appeal and thus they took him into her loving embrace and began to train him as a Courtesan. This was perhaps a bit different of a life then he was originally supposed to lead but it didn't take long into his training before they figured out that he could do well as black widow.
He learned magic under them, how to properly worship Nocticula, and how to pretend to be anyone that he could dream of. The basics were drilled into him over and over over the course of about ten years getting him ready to go beyond just the simple work of a courtesan into perhaps an even deadly type of assassin then he originally was meant to be. This pleased him as he found that we was quite adept at all the tasks that they appointed him and even found them to be enjoyable for there were few targets that he was given that were not altogether fun to get close to.
But his latest target was going to take some time. He knew that she was suspicious of her allies and perhaps was even more wary and careful around them then her own enemies. But he was not worried about the job, he would find ways to please her. He would find a way to bring down her defenses around him, get closer to her, and one day...kill her. But the longer he remained in service to her the more the plan seemed to backfire. It wasn't that he wouldn't get closer to her, but instead he began to respect her, even admire her. He wondered if this would be the first job he might fail and just where he would end up in relation to the Baroness.

Our GM, due to a few issues, has had an incredibly erratic and awful sleep schedule. Like going to bed at 11:30am after being awake all night n morning.
I believe he was attempting to fix that these last few days, but its been rough on him.
Hoping he managed to get his sleep cycle at least somewhat straightened out.
Other late entry here as well, I can understand the insomnia situation. It can really be a lot more rough then people think.
Yeah. I got mine fixed with a cpap machine (I had severe apnoeia that kept waking me up), but it can really make your whole day suck.
Surprisingly mine is sorta fixed with a muscle relaxer and sleep aid. (Both prescribed)
If I take them, I sleep soundly and deeply. If I don't, then I fight it all night to sleep and wake up all the time.
Your GM has asked me to inform you all that he will make selections within 4 hours.
In the meantime, is there a list of PCs available? I'm sure that he would appreciate a list, if someone would be so kind as to make one.

Zeerith was made for one reason, to protect her mistress, she was there to serve, obey, and kill. Nothing in her life was other than that. That was until the outside, the beast, the devourer made contact. IT filled her blood, her mind. In a moment of revelation, she was free. She also knew that she could not make this known. Her kind was often killed when individualism showed. Not many female driders were seen.
She knew that one day she would have to escape, how she did not yet know, but the new found abilities, this hunger, she knew it would be the key, she just needed to find the right lock. Till then, follow orders, be the mindless drone she was believed to be

Ah, I know how much insomnia can suck. On a couple of occasions I've taken an OTC sleeping pill and still not slept. They know it's not sleep apnea in my case, and I don't want to take drugs regularly. So I'll have to be happy with my 5.2 hours a night.

I am aware that this puts the group at containing THREE sneaky types, but stealth is important in the Azathyr and each one is unique in how they go about their work.
There were so many good applications that it was truly hard to choose even such a relatively large group. I commend everyone on their characters, as they were all excellent.

By the way, I was thinking about something: we have two Vitalist, and a character can be in two collectives at once, correct? If that is the case, can me and Penance be in each other collective and use Collective Healing to double bounce healing to one collective to the other?
That would be useful if we could do that since I don't think either of us can get everyone.
True: I also wanted to leave a spot open as I'll get Unwilling Participant as an extra feat at level 2 to do Sadist+Life Leech shenanigans.
