I will try to post twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. I will incorperate any movements or actions the characters have taken up to that point. If your character has not acted I assume they remain where they are. Eventually they will be left behind and taken over by the dungeon. I have not done a lot of PBP GMing so comments are welcome in this forum.

Sorry, I completely ignored the ooc thread, thus the reason I never posted while you guys figured out the new gm stuff.
I just tweaked my character to prepare to not take a rogue level. Specifically, I traded Magical Knack for Rich Parents, and spent the extra gold (rapier is masterwork, armor is better, backpack is masterwork, but it has more stuff in it so I'm still at medium encumberance). If Grandma doesn't switch to a rogue, I can still take it - it'll just impact my spells a bit.
Now seeing 1st potential combat, i was wondering if we are doing individual initiatives or in another game we use average of party vs all monsters and all party went together and all monsters went together. Makes it so you don't have to wait for 1 person to post if they are delayed for some reason. Either way is fine by me, just want to put his out there (and if I missed this discussion already let me know)

I think it will depend on the situaation. In this case I knew it would only last a few rounds and so was o.k. with the two character and monster intiative pace. I also did not confine the other characters to this pace except when counting rounds. This PbP format allows for much flexability in battle management. For the most part there will be one monster initiative and how I handle the players will be determined by the situation.
