In this case I knew it would only last a few rounds and so was o.k. with the two character and monster intiative pace. I also did not confine the other characters to this pace except when counting rounds. This PbP format allows for much flexability in battle management. For the most part there will be one monster initiative and how I handle the players will be determined by the situation. |
