Swarms cause damage at the end of their turn, so you can move into a swarm without a problem.
It be tha' "Gettin out un-nibbled.." I be more interested in. (¬_¬)
| Asta Blackheart |
The spider-swarm advances onto its designated target, pincers dipping into every crack it can find in the mega-ant's chitin and injecting poison!
The spiders would move right onto their target once they were given marching orders, so I've moved them. Auto-damage for 1d6 ⇒ 3 plus poison Fort. DC 11, or take 1d2 ⇒ 2 Str. damage.
Meanwhile, Asta groggily levers herself to her feet -- and draws a bead on the enemy.
"Let's try this again," she says, even as the blood trickles down her lips, "with feeling."
The Witch makes an odd, air-twisting gesture -- and a twenty foot high wall of nauseating, shifting colours appears, bisecting the room and filling the Mites' minds with confusion and sickness.
Crapcrapcrap..... I tried to put down a line for Loathsome Veil, and I wound up doing something wrong to the battle-map. I'm really sorry! >_<;
Eeergh. Standard action, cast Loathsome Veil, positioned to catch all the Mites. Will save DC 18. Move action: stand.

Sunset calls for Asta to move her swarm out of the way.
Torod fires two arrows at the monster ant only the first hits.
Suffering from the poison, Strawberry steps up into the spiders to bite and claw at the Monster. Only one claw draws ant blood.

Asta starts to stand up and the Mega Ant plunges its stinger into her chest. She has a moment of seeing the stinger poking out of her before passing out.

Yup, full round action to pretty much run over to Asta and try and at least add to the number of targets beasty's have to attack. Pretty sure you can draw a straight line from where Sunset was to where I've moved the counter. She gets at least a 20' run up before needing to slide some. Sunset attempts to run and acrobatically slide under the Mega Ant, unfortunately she slips at the last moment and comes to a sudden stop against one of the Ant’s six legs. Fortunately the ant has already used it only attack of opportunity (To move through a foe’s square requires a successfully acrobatics move action. Failure ends the move action and creates an AoO. BTW the required DC is 28 to move through the Mega Ant’s space.)
Sunset still have a standard action left, after a failed move action.

I know it looks neat, but I had to send the dead mega ant to the back of the drawing - I couldn't get myself where I wanted to with all my light attached.
Justinian steps up behind the valiant Strawberry. "Iomedae est gratia vobiscum" he says as he reaches out and touches her flank. The grace of the Lady enters the big cat.
Use Touch of Good (5/6) on Strawberry to add +2 to her d20 roll - use for the poison resist!

Seraph's tail brushes Asta as she goes by, part of her was glad she was safe though the rest of was raging with violence. Seraph's face was twisted with anger as she clambered over the mega ant's carcass before descending toward the next target of her strikes. The large ant harassing Strawberry and Justinian. As she got in front of it she growled in anger, her eyes flashing brightly in the darkness as her anger continued to grow. Raising her blade two handed her she prepared to fend off the massive ants before her.
