Kuaizi speaks this while swiftly moving in. Tumbling in midair over Wibeke, the crowman lands gently on his feet. Without losing a moment, he proceeds to close in rapidly on Celeena, staff twirling in hand.

DC 16 Will for color spray. Looks like my only legal positioning to get the cone to hit her and no one else will provoke an AoO (if she is holding a melee weapon in addition to her wand...if not, should be fine). I'll roll a concentration check just in case.

Kuaizi continues hitting Celeena with his fists. You can see that she's green and blue everywhere in her face, but still standing. Celeena closed her eyes during the blow of fists so she did not look into Thael's color spray.

"Thank you, Adsal-san." Seeing her go down with blood spurting out of the gash in her chest, Kuaizi quickly kneels down and applies pressure to stop the bleeding.
He then explains, "Even a murderer should stand trial for her crimes. Caw!"
Afterwards, if she survives, he binds her hands and ankles with sashes, tight enough to enable her to walk at half speed. He intends to bring her back to the proper authorities, after she is searched and dispossessed of all potentially dangerous gear (e.g. her wand of magic missiles).

Celeena is badly wounded, she lost an arm and a leg, but she's alive. Kuaizi fixes her wounds, removes all her weapons and magical gear and prepares her for the transport back to the Absalom authorities. She's not able to talk at the moment, but she going to be put on trial for treason after her wounds healed.
