Norbwald can you clarify who you're trying to influence? Your post says that you move on from Dalamian to Nalora but then references Dalamian again.
Acurius discusses the recent spore war and the Pathfinder Society's roll in ending with Dalamian. She seems particularly swayed by the argument.
Wizel earns a laugh from Nalora but they are definitely laughing at him and not with him.

Norbwald's convincing words are enough to push Dalamian over the edge. "I believe you Pathfinders, despite your unconventional ways, will prove a useful addition to the culture and defense of Greengold. I will vote for your lodge," she says.
In the interest of keeping us going, I'm going to move us on to Round 4. Fireflash can make two checks when she returns.

The dwarf moves back to Selwyn to talk about the rebuilt of the city.
Especially if we consider the activity of the Aspis Consortium.

New scene. Damaged Temple of Calistria. Bork enters, stage left
Bork squints up at the half-repaired beams of the temple, voice directed at Selwyn. "You know... if you used a cross-brace there instead of a single load point, you could shave three days off the rebuild time. Maybe four, depending on your snack supplies."
He gestures broadly toward the construction site, already talking like he owns it. "Thing about a city is, it’s like a machine, right? Doesn’t matter how fancy the parts are — if you don’t keep oiling the joints and checking the bolts, it all seizes up eventually." For a brief moment, his voice falls a little quiet and introspective. "People forget that."
The goblin lowers his voice just enough to sound conspiratorial. "Of course, some folks don’t want the city running smooth. The Aspis types, for example. They love a little chaos. Makes it easier to manage their shady deals when everyone else is arguing about who’s in charge."
He shrugs and looks back to Selwyn. "You get this place sturdy again, keep the work honest, and no consortium or council’s gonna push you around. Buildings stand firm when they’re built right- and the same goes for cities."

Selwyn is at 5, but still 'neutral'. Interestingly, for both Selwyn and Nalora, Deception is listed as possibly being a lower DC than Diplomacy.
Scripio tries to continue his performance, but gets a bit tangled up in his whip to start. "Big whip energy -- Tiny tangle problem!"

With a bit of distaste, Achurius approaches Nalora. He's not much for party animals, but to each their own. So he opens up a discussion about Calistra.
religion: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 22; he does not have Calistra Lore (well, he does at a +2 thanks to untrained improvisation), but he does have religion.

I am hopeful that my roll of 27 crafting is enough to bump Selwyn to the next tier
It does, indeed.
"You certainly seem to know what you're talking about and I'm sure none of the things you build ever have any problems. If the Pathfinder Society can offer more skilled individuals such as yourself, I certainly want you around," Selwyn says.
