Male Human Sorcerer 9

Hobbes curses in Elven. "Lousy stupid furball." He says in Common as he holds his still bleeding leg where the Worg bit him. "I am going to burn you into pieces."

Yep. I'm bloodied now, too.

The worg howls as Ceara leaps through the trees and yanks it towards her. It seems to be hanging by a thread, so grievous are its wounds.

Two of remaining wolves fall on Kelgan, one shifts towards Hobbes and Brujo continues his battle with the sole unbloodied wolf at the far end of the clearing.

Hobbes's swearing seems to put off his attacker, but Kelgan and Brujo aren't quite so lucky and are knocked over by the low bites that try to hamstring them.

Sorry Kelgan, all I have is Rev's list to go by and you weren't listed as bloodied during my turn. I use that as my final decision maker, or when somebody asks for it during their turn. I'll catch you next time around.

Male Human Sorcerer 9

Rev, I have a question. Did the trip out here count as an extended break or are we still on the same day? I just need to know if my dailies and action point have recharged.

My bad. He wasn't bloodied when the list went up and I failed to update his status.

Hobbes - You have all your dailies and a fresh shiney AP. The journey took two days.

Male Human Sorcerer 9

then this NEXT TURN is going to get interesting. :)

"Gotcha!" Brujo smiles at the surrounding duo. He fades away reappearing, still prone some ways away.

Fey Step to M7

"I defy all laws and transcend reason. I call on the power of destruction... Incendiary!" He flings his small balde between the pair engulfing them in bluish-green flame

Incendiary Sword on B1 and D4, originating at p10, 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 23 vs Will, 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (10) + 10 = 20 vs Will; Damage 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (2, 3) + 6 = 11 fire damage, and B1 and D4 take 7 fire damage if they make an attack that does not include Brujo next turn.

The still sizzling blade reforms in the moonelf's hand. Not seeming to harm him.

Rolling on Perigia's behalf.

Pointing her staff at the worg, Perigia attempts to blow it apart. She succeeds beyond all expectation as it explodes, showering Ceara and Hobbes with bits of fur and other, rather worse things.

Magic Missile (Ref)
1d20+9=20. Hits.
2d4+4=10

Brujo teleports and from his prone position on the path sends his blade in a flaming arc that bites deep into D4 and B2, sending up sparks of vengeful fire that smoulder, threatening to burst upwards once more.

The beetles advance on their tormentors, and bite on Erik and Brujo, easily finding gaps in the defenses of the pair.

No recharge on Entangling Spittle for either beetle. Alas.
Bite (AC)
1d20+10=27. B1 v Brujo. Hits.
1d10+4=9
9hp damage to Brujo.

Bite (AC)
1d20+10=27. B2 v Erik. Hits.
1d10+4=11
11hp damage to Erik.

Kelgan picks himself off of the ground and slashes at the wolf in front of him. He then steps around the wolf and sends his blade crashing into the wolf harrying Hobbes, grinning all the while.

Standing up from prone and using Passing Attack on D2(If it hits, shift to I9 and attack D3 with secondary attack, using Furious Blow on secondary attack if it hits) 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (13) + 14 = 271d12 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 161d20 + 20 ⇒ (9) + 20 = 292d12 + 6 ⇒ (4, 9) + 6 = 19

Kelgan grins with battle joy as he slices into the two wolves and moves to surround himself with foes once more. D2 is looking extremely fragile now and is barely more than a mass of bleeding fur.

Yup. Both those hit.

Kelgan's plight finally reaches the ears of Erik, and he hums a magic tune of healing that rejuvenates the half-orc. Erik then turns his attention back to the creature in front of him and lashes out with his thin blade, slowing the creature down to hopefully make it vulnerable to Perigia's attacks.

Minor Action: Majestic Word; Kelgan gains a healing surge plus 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10 HP plus an additional 4 temp HP. He may also slide one square as a free action if he wishes.

Standard Action: Guiding Strike on B2; 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (20) + 12 = 32 CRIT vs. AC for 13 + 1d8 ⇒ 13 + (5) = 18 damage and on a hit, B2 takes a -2 penalty to REFLEX until TEOMNT.

Erik's trusty songblade crunches horribly as it slides beneath the chitinous carapace of the beetle. Somehow he manages to injure a vital nerve cluster and temporarily slows its reaction time.

As the worg explodes, showering her with it's blood and all, Ceara laughs! "Yes, this is more like it." She moves back into the fray, moving with a sort of glee, choosing a new, isolated, target.

Move to J12. Shroud on D4, engage it with Executioners Noose, targeting Fort. 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (15) + 9 = 24. On hit: 1d6 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14, pull it to M12, and it's slowed until EOMNT

Hee, I thought it was a cliff and I would be looking down on it :). Ok, same thing, but target B1, making it the shroud target too of course. On a hit, pull it to L9

Ceara unceremoniously yanks a beetle towards her, as her psychic noose bites deep into it's outer shell.

The dire wolves converge on Kelgan, unwilling to let a falling enemy go. D4 discovers the price of ignoring Brujo as the smouldering wound in its side flares once more, bloodying the creature.

That was what bloodied it. The "smouldering wound" bit was the descriptive version.

Perigia finds her form and smacks a ball of force directly into the bewildered beetle. In so far as it's possible to tell what a beetle is thinking, this one seems to be considering fleeing.

Brujo brutally shoves the beetle backwards, his dagger stabbing deep into its carapace and bloodying it.

Beetle recharges on Entangling Spittle.
Yes to both.

In retaliation, B1 spits a gout of goo at the moonelf, temporarily gluing him to the spot before backing away as fast as Ceara's warding on it will permit.

B2 backs away from Erik and tries to do the same thing. Undergrowth smacks at it at the last moment and the attack fails completely.

I'm back down to 15 HP once you take off the 5 temp HP I had.

Kelgan stands up and shakily raises his sword. "And I thought this fight wouldn't be any fun. Now, play with me, little pups!" With that, Kelgan swings his blade in a mighty arc, cleaving through two of the wolves.

Standing up, using my second wind(+2 defenses, but still bloodied), then spending an AP to use Cleave on D5, secondary damage to D2: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (3) + 14 = 171d12 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11

Pulling himself upright and calling on his inner resources, Kelgan swipes madly at the wolves. Pain makes him misjudge his blow as he waits, barely keeping the creatures at bay.

Male Human Sorcerer 9

"Time for some BIGGER magic!" Hobbes says as he starts to chant. A clear, tranparent orb of magic appears in his hands and he unleashes it on the remaining wolves.

Thunder Bomb area burst 1 centered on J9, which I just noticed includes Brujo who apparently moved too close to the wolves during his last turn, PEOPLE! I NEED ROOM TO CAST MY SPELLS! Hopefully, I will miss him. Thunder Bomb is +10 vs Fort on D4, D5, D2, and Brujo, 18, 22, 28, and 25, damage is 2d8+9 thunder or 19 thunder damage and all targets who are hit are slowed til the end of my next turn. If this keeps up, I will have to swap out for that feat that gives a bonus to attack when an ally is in the area of effect. Sorry, Brujo.

Kel's arrows sing through the air and D5 is scarcely standing when Hobbe's attack hits. As the sound and fury dies away, it's clear that only one wolf remains. Of the other two, there is little sign other than a few fragments of fur.

Unable to move, Brujo can't dodge the attack and is caught in the blast. 19hp damage to Brujo.

Erik's songblade takes on a compelling tone as he focuses attack on the last wolf, nearly bringing it to its knees in the process.

Ignoring the alluring note, Ceara uses the beetle like an animated yo-yo, hauling it back towards her.

She's all of that. Interesting range of characters we have here, I think :) LoS is always a faff with walls and such. If it had meant moving you directly into a wolf, I'd have checked first.
