Ah, dammit, I read Alfred's post at work and now that I'm at home, I see that Iolaire has made the same decision.

I'm really sorry to hear that, and more, I'm especially sorry for the big part I had in that, especially as I know that Iolaire really wanted to play that campaign. So apologies for letting you both(and everyone else) down on that.

This said, and with only three of the original six players left, the question is how to go on from that. I suspect that Uldir, Arianne and Kendren might already have had similar thoughts about leaving the campaign (at least I would find that very understandable), so my question to you three is: Should we wrap it up, and call it a total failure on my side (which it is)? Or do you still want to continue that campaign, so that we should look for replacement players?

While I share many of their sentiments about the pace the game has gone, I do not yet feel like leaving the game or character just yet.
If it would help with the pace of the game, I'd offer to pick up a second character in order to keep things moving along.

As for me continuing...I'll confess to being on the fence. A friend of mine from high school who moved to the area I live in started up a face to face Wrath game, so I've been playing in that (we're actually in Book 2 now). However, I am enjoying playing Kendren, and don't just want to abandon him. I'm also not sure how much time it would take for a recruitment, and how much of a delay we would have. I also don't think this is a particularly good point in the story for introducing more players, and at our current pace, I'm not sure when we would get to that point.

Uldir, your thoughts?

This group has ben fun, but I understand frustration with the pacing. Not all games work out, and I think this is just one of those. That's not a dig at WormysQueue in any way, these things happen, but I'm okay if we let the game be retired, though I'll be looking for more chances to play Uldir in the future.

Ok,after reading your comments, I think it might be best if we end it here. I might have to take a hard look at what went wrong and where I made the mistakes leading to that outcome, so as to avoid repeating history when I give it another shot.

This said, I just want to say that I had a lot of fun reading your characters. This was a fun group and thinking back, I don't regret picking any of you for that game. Again, apologies for my failure to keep the game going and thank you for staying with it for so long. If our ways should cross again at these boards, I promise to do you better.
