PFS1 Gameday X - #10-04: Reaver's Roar (7-11)
Hello, I’m recruiting for a play by post game during Gameday X.
We have 1 seat reserved for a player that is new to PbP.
Oh... as in you have one seat available, which you are hoping to fill with someone that is new to PbP. I definitely read that wrong at first.

Yes, we have 1 open seat. We have reserved this open seat for someone who is new to pbp.
If you are NOT new to pbp you can also post in the discussion link and in case nobody applies that is new to pbp until Friday I will just do a lottery on Saturday to select one of the players that applied.

Do you enjoy the PFS1e Core Campaign?
Do you enjoy multi-table specials?
Got a Core character in the 5-6 level range? Or even a level 7?
Then do we have the game for you! Our Core table of the Blood Under Absalom special for the upcoming PbP Gameday X convention is looking for more players and has plenty of spots available! 7th level characters may also sit at this table (or at an 8-9 table, if we had open spots there) as the subtier categories do not give them their own dedicated space.

I was going to ask if we could bend the only 1 special rule so I could support more core games, But I've actually already played Blood Under Absalom Core :)

I would like to play Extinction Curse or Abomination Vault on Roll20, for Starfinder Against the Aeon Throne or some other trilogy, offering boons (Pathfinder 1e) for it. Pm me for details. (You only need to Dm the first book, though if you Dm beyond that, I will certainly play. If you want to finish but don't like VTT roll20, you can Dm the first book via Roll20 and then finish via play by post, I'll still play.)

Does anyone have a wizard* in 7-8-9 level range? My GameDay X 'Wizards Wanted'* table is short a player. We are doing 10-21 Slavers End which I know many of you have played, but you would be making a table legal so it wouldn't cost a replay.

Hey Nowruz, thanks for reaching out, I'm fairly new to Society, So I have only lvl 1 characters, I would have to play a pregen to join that game.
I'd prefer not to take someone else's spot with a pregen, but if you are stuck without a character I'll join

Yeah I don't think they're done yet. The most recent mention is from the April Organized Play update blog post, which said
We’ll be looking at sanctioning the two One-Shots scheduled for release at PaizoCon next so that they’re ready for the event. After that, our upcoming sanctioning schedule includes the Devastation Ark Adventure Path for Starfinder, Bestiary 3 and Malevolence for Pathfinder, and have started working on Tyrant’s Grasp and Return of the Runelords for Pathfinder (first edition).
I am also keeping an eye on it as I want my chronicle as well.

We've already discussed that a while back, and no, I cannot do chronicles retroactively as orders have been given to me by Paizo, chronicles have to be available as I run it. Also I fast forwarded things a bit, so you'll want to replay it anyhow.

Tyrant's Grasp was never sanctioned. Chronicles do not exist. I am sure DoubleGold was anticipating that they would be sanctioned in time to run the game for credit, but it didn't happen.

Credit for PFS is becoming increasingly pointless anyhow. However, DG, if you ever feel like continuing this adventure, I'll join back immediately! perhaps without the nagging 'credit' hanging over our heads, we can take it slower and take our time, as no one will be in a rush to use their PFS characters in another adventure! ;)

Nope.
Even with the PbP Multitables, a time/day conversion wasn't universally agreed upon. Even as a passionate PbP player I wouldn't touch Bonekeep as a PbP, part of the challenges is the 'under the pump pressure' the thing presents, and being able to take 20 minutes in real time to work out what you want to do is not an option when playing 'live', it would trivialise the adventure.

That's silly. All 1E mods, scenarios and specials should be opened for PbP play at this point. There's really no point letting all that creativity from all these authors go to waste.
But then again, PFS credit for all things 1E is becoming much less of an incentive than it already was for me to join games at this point...
