I would not use the word permanent because you can still piss of the animal and its attitude can change. This can actually happen during the spell. A better phrasing would be that the attitude the animal has at the end of the spell persists until something changes it.

Much better wording, yes that's exactly what I meant

"Once the spell’s duration expires, the animal acts in accordance with its attitude"

- from the call animal spell

i think this is a pointer. the attitude that the animal had at the end of the spell duration stay as is.

I tend to agree with this. If it read "initial attitude" it would clear as day that the animal goes back to what it was, as if per amnesia. But it's ambiguous enough to leave doubt.

This also makes sense to me, although I believe whatever you do to the animal to change it's attitude is "permanent", i.e., it keeps the final attitude.

Hi all you smart people, I need some help regarding the spell "call animal". Let's say I'm a druid and I:

1 - cast 'call animal', the animal comes and is indifferent
2 - check 'wild empathy', the disposition is improved to friendly, now I can use handle animal to 'push' him to perform tricks (attack, defend, etc)
3 - 'call animal' duration ends, what happens?:
a) the disposition is back to indifferent and the animal goes away
b) it stays friendly for 1d4 hours and then a new wild empathy check needs to be done (interpretation of Diplomacy) to improve his attitude again.
c) he stays indefinitely and can be trained (like a mount/pet)
d) something else

for reference:
- Call Animal
- Wild Empathy
- Diplomacy
- Handle Animal

Hi All, been referred here from the Recruitment thread

Not sure if you're taking on Lvl 1 characters anymore or not, but I have a Blight Druid that I would love to have join

Hey Hironjo,

see below. A game is starting for level 3-7 where the characters are 3-5. Maybe you have a scarab sage character?

Hey Nowruz, thanks for reaching out, I'm fairly new to Society, So I have only lvl 1 characters, I would have to play a pregen to join that game.

I'd prefer not to take someone else's spot with a pregen, but if you are stuck without a character I'll join

Understandable that most campaigns are currently running with Gameday X started, but is anyone looking to GM a scenario for the 1-5 tier?

I have a number of lvl 1 characters that need levelling :)

Hello everyone!

Longtime Pathfinder player, but recently resorting to PbP as Real life role-playing is a bit scarce at the moment.

I've done PbP years ago but in free-flow forums, so i'm not a stranger to it, but will have to workout very quickly how to play here real quick :)

I have a number of prepared characters, can be as low and as high as needed, though I'd prefer to start low level. I have a lot of character concepts in my head, so I'd be glad to create something to fit a group.

Thanks!

Hi all, hopefully I'm posting in the right place. I have a number of low level characters eager to go, was hoping if someone was thinking of doing a Rise of the Runelords, although any scenario would do.
Thanks in advance
