The Battle at Dumai Wells is a total disaster. The asha'man suffer defeat at the hands of the Shaido and Tar Valon emmisaries. The Dragon is brought to Tar Valon.

According to the Under the Dragon Banner netbook they came from, the skill is: Sword Forms (int) (trained only).

So... does it become a class skill under the Pathfinder rules once I've been trained in it by Vala? Because that +3 bonus for having ranks in a class skill could be useful.
Or do we have a WoT-themed trait for it? I don't currently have any traits, so I'd love to take one for the Swordforms.

Yeah just was a groomsman in a wedding so that was tiring, may have broken my ankle, out of pain meds, feeling crappy from a radioactive bone scan sucking the life out of me, pregnant wife not feeling so hot and two little boys driving me nuts...but other than that I'm AWESOME! lol ;-)

Dunno .. that is a GM call. Seems like it could count for a bonus feat for both channelers and blademasters-in-training.

Memory of Light stuff:
After reading about the uses of the True Power in this and the other books, some random musings.
The True Power should have some additional weaves, in the area of Conjunction if nowhere else.
For instance: Shadoweyes - use various types of animals as your eyes-and-ears. Different types of animals provide different services, though, with rats and ravens having to report back to you, rather than acting as a direct sensor.
Soul theft - threatened by Ba'alzamon in the Dragon Reborn, a weave that can physically rip the soul from a body. Possibly used to create Grey Men?
Shield - the True Power can probably be used to Shield users of saidar and saidin as normal, but can also be used to stop someone else from using the True Power. It does not seem to do so by putting up a barrier, though, as only the Dark One decides who can use it and who can't, but rather takes away control of the True Power and makes the victim suffer all the strain while the one Shielding reaps all the benefit of adding the victim's flow of True Power to their own. In a sense, True Power-Shielding may be the closest a user of the True Power could come to linking. I doubt the True Power has any other such device; the Dark One always looks for selfish souls as its champions, after all.
