I'm fine with it... And I agree it seems a strong theme through out the series. I mean both friendships, kinship, and lovers all seems present through all the series, and in some causes drive many of them.
So i'm good with it.

The amplified bond seems like a fun addition.
I'm actually turn about the issue of bonding Amorial. On one hand, Litheene is likely to take the chance to try this weave on an ogier. On the other, I already have a warder. It's yet another custom to break (as Litheene isn't green) and not sure if it's fair for me to hog all the warders :)
It can be fun to see how an Ogier warder plays out. Maybe I should bond him and then pass the bond to Jasmine. How about it Jasmine, you had a warder before :)

Regarding relationships - I'm ok with it, thought Litheene is pretty scholarly and detached, so I'll see if a chance for it develops. I won't push it intentionally, as I have enough personal plot hooks as it is.
Just to weigh in, ditto on what's been said already regarding relationships. I'm fine with them and think they can potentially add a lot - kept in good taste of course. A relationship is probably not really something I see Fia in a hurry to push towards - she was until a week ago been 'wedded to the spears' and probably hasn't even considered the possibility of one after all. But if one should develop in the course of the story, all good.
Good taste bad taste they are all part of a relationship :-) Of course these are PG boards so good taste is more sensible, no Book of Erotic Fantasy in this campaign :-)
Obviously Amorial would not be involved in a relationship with any of the characters none of you have nearly enough hair and you are all to skinny and short for Amorial's taste!
Amorial I think is interested in the bond. He is certainly a scholar of the Age of Legends (despite his poor rolls of late) and is increasingly becoming interested in the One Power. What better way to grow that interest than to become bonded to someone who can wield it!
True Amorial, it would be interesting to see an Ogier bonded.
And yes PG is the way to go.:D Besides if any thing happens it will be off screen, lol, fade to black.

Ha! Just read through this gameplay thread - you guys seem to have entered the "raunchy" universe, whereas we've entered the "get your throat ripped out" universe...
Also, re: relationships, I generally like the idea of exploring human relationships in-game, and there does seem to be some small connection growing between Kodo and Alathea. This could blossom into a warder/Aes Sedai thing, or a romantic thing (or both), but at the moment there are more than a few barriers to both of those options (which, of course, is half the fun!).
Not least of which, Kodo is pretty likely to die the first time he gets into combat (lack of magic + lack of sword skills + post-Severing suicidal tendencies = high risk of death).
Actually, cats are born with this habbit, just like they clean themselves in the same pattern even if they never saw a mommy :)
I've raised a kitten once from age of 1 day old, (eyes closed) and it grew up to clean itself and potty exactly the same as any other cat. Hunting was a bit weak though :)
Regarding worlds: your group still has all the terangreal that Litheene wants to get her hands on. And knowing Rizzen I doubt well be raunching for long. We have infiltrating the white tower for the dragon ahead of us, you pretty much just need to escape at this point :)
But so far, we did have a break to relax.

I plan to take several ranks in sword forms skill at the next level. So he will be sparring with/learning from Vala any chance he gets.

I do think that would be Vala's purpose aside from mastering her own skills would be to try and unlock the older or lost forms and teach them to the world... Thought that would be appropriate with me as a potential brown sisters warder, with access to the Tar Valon libraries Vala might unlock the techniques from some time the sisters really didn't understand.
Actually, if we are in the business of raiding Tar Valon, it will be nice to visit the library ...

At this time, until more people can get access to either the dreamwalker feat, or a dreamwalker ter'angreal, i will attempt to limit interactions with random jumps into tel'aran'rhoid.
But, if your jumping in there for an express purpose, scout the land, travel to another area, allow need to guide you, then ill play it out.
I dont want some PCs to think that they are missing out on a critical adventure/plot point since they dont have access to tel'aran'rhoid.
