"You can leave the room when you're finished but stay next to the door. I can't go in after you."
After she goes in, he hurries and sets the tray down in his room, gently running a finger across the edge.
He then hurries back to make sure she doesn't get spooked and run away or wander off.
Blonde Sacrifice
She did not respond, having slipped inside before he gave the last commands for her to stay put, then headed off.
When he returns, she's still in the doorway of the restroom, halfway in, halfway out peering around until she spots Kevin.
Once he comes closer, she says simply, "She is soiled. Masters had her cleaned. The Chosen One must be pristine for the sacrifice. She does not know ...what to do."
She's wide eyed and looking to Kevin for assistance.
A wayward student, going between classes walks by hurriedly, nodding a greeting at Kevin as he does. He doesn't give the blonde much of a look, since she does her best not to be noticed.

Shoshin merely looks towards Lucas, hearing the disguised words and figuring revealing them in conversation would be a blow to his pride. He nods slightly before muttering so only the firebird can hear "She isn't ignorant, she's merely basing it on how the others have acted, I would politely suggest that you refrain from acting haughty here, your just like everyone else now aside from your privilege. Remember, this is a school, your here to learn, not only that but if you treat others with the respect they want you'll be get the respect you want"

He nods signaling the conversation's over and dismisses the spell.

GM Fireclaw |

Giving Illy a non-verbal look of warning, including Vare, Anahita adds discretely, "Beware of your voice, lest we are heard. I ... am not certain this is another plane of access by anyone save myself. I have the means, and willing can go, though I appear to travel there in fashion ...oddly. I do not wish to deny the opportunity to practice or use magic, however, what if you are rudely rejected? The danger is unknown to me and I sense there is a threat there."
At this point, she unconsciously toys with the silver metal looking chain on her left wrist, entwined with her fingers.
Illy nods at Anahita's chastisment regarding the voice volume, leaning in just a bit closer - so that her shoulder was touching Anahita's arm. Her voice is once again low and quiet, and the tattoo remains the same green colour. "Pft, I'm more interested than ever. A bit of danger's never stopped me before. What's the worst that could happen, right?" she says, with that same impish grin. She seems a bit reckless, perhaps. Or maybe just too brave and curious for her own good (which is pretty much the same thing).

Repp, the Bleached |

Reviarti wrote:Ginni's body is lying in a small clearing in the woods just outside the wards, to the northeast of the school.after taking repo outside, riviarti produces several small white orbs, and commands them to search for ginni within a mile, and if found, to return to her, and they fly off.
"Well, that's done."
As soon as they come within sight of the scene, Repp immediately stops, placing an arm on Reviarti to stop her as well. His expression is one of stone cold fury, though a deeper examination would reveal that there are tears forming in his eyes as well - ones which he rapidly blinks away. "We need every single detail we can find, before we move her. That's the only way we're ever going to catch this murderer."
Assuming Reviarti does the same, Repp will fan out with her, starting around 50 feet away from the body and searching for anything that might be out of the ordinary.

Hallway, Restroom Doorway
Kevin might have had something on his lips to reply with, but before he can, a glow of light flows down from above illuminating the hallway with the Blonde and himself.
From within the light, which seems to be coming from up and away, a soothing, warm, non-threatening voice speaks to his mind.
::We shall take charge from here, Kevin Ramos. Be at peace. Her purpose and time in this world has passed. The moment of divine importance complete.::
Before him, the girl seems to glow outwards from within and turn into a humanoid form of illumination, he believes he sees wings unfold from behind her, outwards and stretch.
The illumination glows to blinding, yet not painful proportions, as he can hear the combination of voices, including the blonde's speak in his mind again as a chorus, though clearly not limited as she had spoken before in the flesh.
::You have my thanks, Kevin Ramos, for your participation in this. All will be well.::
With that, the light is gone, as is the girl and any remains of her having been there.

Sorchan del Sol |

Tall Thin Guy
Smirking at the interaction of Halo with Lucas, the Tall Thin Guy says after a moment, "Your efforts are greatly appreciated Lord del Sol. I, for one, am content to proceed further if this tour is required. The desire to explore without a guide may prove quite stimulating, but, I can understand why you would wish to be presenting these wonders yourself. Let it not be said this establishment is wonderous, and as your invited guest, I most certainly am thankful for the tour. Quite intriguing. I'm curious why this ... These things you speak of we're not presented to our people. Will we be requested not to speak of what we see here? Rooms of illusion weaving for preparing for battle without injuries? What other wonders does this place hold?"
Ulna Terrianos
"Will you set these guardsmen free of their Oaths? Is that acceptable only due to their ties to your House, or is this an act of defiance against our laws? One might consider doing so a violation of our laws..." She seems intrigued. "If others wish to be freed of their Oaths, should we direct them here?"
Sven Brightedge
Sven frowns at the course of the conversation. The Ash Haired Youth merely looks about, back to his calm and meticulous steps.
"You are free to speak of anything you see on this tour to anyone you like. As for why these things were not presented to our people, who says they weren't? They simply weren't interested in anything beyond their own traditions."
He clenches his jaw at the question about the guardsmen. He thought he'd already addressed this. He could see the three children looking very uncomfortable with this line of questioning. He couldn't just ignore it.
"As far as I am concerned all oaths to House del Sol are null and void after my parents broke their end of the oath in defiance of all of our people's laws when they ordered the execution of the Fuerte and used their Oaths to force them to submit to it. The law was clear. For their 'crime' they should have been abjured, not executed. As I have already stated, yes, I am going to make sure that these guardsmen are freed from their oaths. As the heir of House del Sol I have that right. If guardsmen from other Houses wish to seek refuge in this school and be free of their oaths, that is between them and the Headmaster. I will not interfere with their free choice. And as far as defying the laws...let me remind you that at present we don't actually have a government and therefore the laws are in a state of flux."
"Now, if you will all follow me, we will continue with the tour," he said, leading the group back into the hall.
"Over there is the infirmary. We won't go inside. They are likely busy enough already without a crowd of people getting in the way. You'll all end up visiting at one point or other no doubt. Of particular note, the policy at Avalon Academy is to not police student morality beyond the obvious of not allowing student's to physically harm each other. Which means that there will no doubt be those among you who choose to take advantage of those freedoms. So for those who care, you can obtain free birth control charms in the infirmary, no questions asked," he said, clearly not comfortable with the subject matter.
"Moving on, on your right you can see the alchemy classrooms. Don't get too close to the doors...sometimes the explosions send the doors flying."

Morrivan |

Krays wrote:Of course Professor, right this way Julie escorts him to Morrivan's roomNurse Julie wrote:"Oh?" says taking the note, and reading it. She vaguely remembers what he looks like not having seen him much. but she eventually finds him in the infirmary.
Professor Blackscales? I have a note form one of the students here in the infirmary requesting your assistance.
Morrivan looks up anxiously when the door opens. Ardiente and Raelle are sitting with her as she nervously twists the hem of her shirt in her hands.
"Professor Blackscales?" she asks nervously when Julie shows a black scaled kobold into the room.

narrator |
Archena watches the tour with no questions so far.
I thought we were able to just make sim things and then save them under personal files like in star trek?
Nope, has to be programmed, but there's such a lot of situations already in the database that there's usually a file it can pull up that's at least close to what was requested.

Anahita bint Tariq |

Illy nods at Anahita's chastisment regarding the voice volume, leaning in just a bit closer - so that her shoulder was touching Anahita's arm. Her voice is once again low and quiet, and the tattoo remains the same green colour. "Pft, I'm more interested than ever. A bit of danger's never stopped me before. Or maybe just too brave and curious for her own good (which is pretty much the same thing).
Anahita takes a moment to glance over at Illithia, scanning her features briefly, then looking back up at the board and Vare's lecture.
After a moment, she nods and says, "Your recklessness is noted. I will investigate and share what I learn, in fact--"
She promptly goes quiet, looking straight ahead, mostly unmoving save for the basics required for indicating she is alive still.

Sadie Jhiwoon |

"It's not that difficult a concept, Henry. The sharp end goes in the other guy. Not in your foot," she snapped as she dealt with the wounded student, wrapping a pressure bandage around his foot. "Szosin, help Henry to the infirmary. The rest of you, back to your drills."
Aaagh! Was the Headmaster EVER going to hire a proper teacher for this class? She didn't think she could take any more of this.

Miss Jones |

Finally walking into class Treisdan gives a sheepishly apologetic smile to Miss Jones, and tries to take his seat to focus upon the lessons being taught.
"So good of you to finally join us, Mr. Achdarach. And since you've deigned to grace us with your presence I'm sure you won't mind also adding your presence to detention tonight," she said coldly.
"Now, as I was saying, the art of suggestion requires understanding your subject and what they would consider reasonable. Observation is key. Therefore we will begin with exercises in observation. I want you each to write down at least ten things that you observe about a student seated next to you in the next thirty seconds. Yes, Miss Balenquil, these are going to be graded."

New Study Tour
The various Firebirds walking along with Sorchan really don't have much to add to this portion of the trip.
Ulna looks a bit shocked at the mention of birth control charms, but keeps it together over all.
Ash Haired Youth looks into the infirmary, as if knowing where to peer for something.

Cultist City Assault
Surprise Round: Students
From within the SIM Room 3, before even moving, Casseus unloads his full attack upon one of the casters. The echoing explosions of his revolver bounce around the room, as all four rounds sear their way through the air and slam into the humanoid.
Once the shots are complete, Casseus simply takes a step forward and let's gravity pull him towards the floor twenty feet below.
The attack has the effect of displaying magical fields, and from beneath the robes, it appears that the bullets do not completely puncture what might have been expected; soft tender flesh.
Instead, there's a sound of 'zing' and ricochet, slugs zipping around. One of the rounds actually is deflected outright, much to the chagrin of a disciple, his head exploding like a watermelon smashed by a mallet and ripped off a few feet. One down, at the least.
The target turns, a twisted face, made up more of armor fused with flesh, than what a human /should/ have. Clearly the touch of the Abyss twisting nature's hand, corrupting the essence of this human into something else.
Behind him, the Gate flares and remains open, it would appear that this caster alone was not the only means by which the Gate was created.
He looks over his shoulder towards Casseus, while Jeran is ravaging another, and barks out a few words in their foreign language-- drowned out by the snarls and other sounds soon filling the room.
Armored Caster hurt, hard to tell by how much. His disciples do nothing, one of their number dead, surprise round.
Leaping into the portal and straight for the throat of one of the four casters, Jeran's surprise attack manages to catch the fellow just beneath the throat and mostly shoulder, tripping him up and down to the floor -- however, the Gate seems to flare to life and sustain open.
The humanoid, which Jeran toppled and gouged a huge chunk of flesh out of with his teeth, less than desired due to magical fields and other protections, laughs throatily at the attack, seemingly bemused at something or another. The taste of acidic fluids and caustic thick, ichor, hangs from Jeran's jaws, stinging his tongue and gums.
He says things in a foreign language, not speaking Common, which sounds dark and nasty. Jeran at this point has a closer look at the man and it is clear that the essence of the Abyss flows -- through, or within him.
Ichor Caster hurt, and tripped. He's on his back. His disciples do nothing, surprise round.
Vickory stands on her tail at the edge of the portal into the large summoning chamber, deciding on what to do ...
Given that there's a good chance Vickory cannot keep up the posting speed you two have, not sure how to proceed, GM the char's actions or are you two willing to wait?
Both Jeran and Casseus are aware via their peripheral visions and beind on the other side of the portal, the shadows of the chamber seem to stir, and a light /wind/ shifts the dust around the ground, as if mighty wings beat once, casting dust up and about. It is at this point, that there seems to be a strain on the very fabric of reality around, yet nothing overt yet. A presence is felt, toying with his sense of 'right'.
For Jeran's sensitive snout, there are NUMEROUS other /things/ in this room he cannot see, beyond the many smelly male and female figures that match sight and nose. Things he may have smelt before, or not, but his brain tells him are not friendly or kind; the smell of rank murder, chaos, blood, bile and rage that only outsiders reek of.
Witin Jeran's scent range, there's at least 2 more non-visible 'things'. Specifics aren't available, but you won't get ambushed if they attack, go go Scent.

Treisdan's mood cannot be dulled by Miss Jones' form of punishment, and so he simply nods his head and gives a smile as he pulls out a quill and paper from his satchel to take part in the assignment.
Looking at the blond headed girl next to him he scrawls the first things that come to his mind as he watches her.
1d20 + 32 ⇒ (7) + 32 = 39
I conclude that she would be susceptible to suggestions which appeal to her pride, for she would likely do such a thing without magical influence. Another suggestion that would be effective is one that ensures that someone would value or take interest in her if she were to preform some action.
After the thirty second note was taken, Treisdan signs his name at the top of the paper and folds it crisply in half, then proceeds to try to catch Miss Jones' eye with his own.

Melody Waverider |

Once tybs arrives in the room, he sees Mel working as vai lies on the bed. looking in bad shape.
Mel seems to be setting up wires and is now working with a metal rod maybe 3 or 4 feet long.
Tybs, Great, your here, Thanks Ace. Tybs I need you to work with Ace on this, I need an area with an icy connection between this metal rod and the earth. and it has to be cold, not just chilly, I'm talking colder than you may have ever made it.
looking to Ace, Ace, you can do lots of things, help him, You two need to work together as a team, without you two everything else will be pointless, understand? You are now a team Mel gives them both a stern look like she means business.
Tybs has never seen Mel so engrossed like this, taking charge, not reacting to others just telling it like it is and doing her best to make it happen.
there is a slightly inspiring aura about Mel right now.

Halo_Jonnes |

He nods signaling the conversation's over and dismisses the spell.
Halo is still paying no heed to Lucas, but notes Shoshin getting some form of apology out of him.
She's moved on with the group and wile they stop walks up to her Mecha Toby. Pressing something on his side, Tobys back opens up reviling space inside. Halo climes onto it Tobys front leg. Holding on she reaches into this cockpit space. Her right hand comes back out holding a cable holding it she leans her head down. Then places the end of the cable into the back of her neck. Some kind of socket can be seen. Tobys head then moves around, looking over the group. Once done She pulls out the cable and jumps down. The Cable pulls back into the space and the compartment closes.
she smiles at Shoshin.
"He's got better eyes then me"
Then she carrys on the tour.

"Ace" |

Ace walks back to where Vai and the others are, with Tybalt in tow, and a smile on his face "I present to you one Ice Cat, here to save the day" Despite the dire situation, his unending positivity shines through.

Iolth Taknith |

I won't be able to post as often, but assume that Iolth is just smiling and nodding and throwing witty banter at Shoshin.
Iolth asks Sorchan "Professor del Sol, what happens if we accidentally put people in the infirmary? My powers tend to get out of control sometimes. And, on a side note, is there some device a I can use to send a distress signal to the staff if things get crazy?" Iolth appears extremely worried about this.
Throwing a glance at at Halo, Iolth says quietly "Glorified chickens, eh? Would they be spicy and pre-cooked?"

Ehos Denulia |

Jaiye's mouth twitches as she tries to hold in a laugh, but then she couldn't keep it in and burst out laughing.
"Oh, my goodness....I'm sure it wasn't funny at the time, but that's just...wow. And I'm guessing that with their attitudes about racial purity and all that she was punished all out of proportion to the offense," she added sympathetically.
Ehos can't help but smile when Jaiye breaks out laughing, even if his own smile is decidedly more sad. He probably would've found this story hilarious if Tilnar had been the one telling it. 'Yeah... I wasn't there, I was with the Clerics, but the whole delegation packed up and left. Except they gave her a beating, and then left her behind, abjured or whatever they call it. I didn't really know how to deal with her though, and after she was healed... she just left.' Ehos' frown returns once again as his story trails off. He looks pensive and somewhat sad.

Midori Tsuyomi |

Each of the pools are bubbling wand steaming hot.
These pools of water are heated by the natural heat of the heart of the mountain. the lava deep under ground heats the water, and the water keeps the lava from coming up to the surface.
Lang points to another passge off to the left. That tunnel over there goes deeper into the mountain and open to a large area. and it echo's your voice perfectly. it really is fun. So who wants to go to Echo cave?
Midori smiles as she breaths in the slight sulfurous smell that hot springs give off, smiling. As they pass the bubbling pools, she gently puts a finger into the water, testing the temperature. She really could use a bath, she hadn't had one since the night where they had all promised to have fun with one another every day.
"I would like very much to go, Lang-kun." Midori replies, though it's pretty obviously that she's still somewhat drowsy from her little nap aback Simba.

Archena Surya |

Huh. I always thought they'd be more user friendly. Like "render this thing. No, a little bigger. There we go." Something to work on in the future, I suppose.
"Why do you need a whole big room for that? Do you need that much fire all at once?"
Archena raises her hand, already asking the question before it's indicated she should.

Kevin Ramos |

Kevin was about to respond when an angelic host descends and takes the girl away.
He remains looking drastically confused as they come and go with almost no ceremony.
"............................. you're welcome. I think.... I'm... I'm going to go lay down..."
He says, a time after they have departed.
He goes and does just that.
He opens the door to his room, looking at the various instruments and clothing of both genders left by his nymphomaniacal roommate and his girlfriend of similar description.
He writes a note on the back of some spare notes, crossing them out to be sure they weren't misinterpreted.
"To "Tryko" or the dark haired girl.
This is my familiar, Jello. I ran into the blonde girl that didn't speak much common.
Apparently she was part of some divine importance and was taken away by celestials. That's mostly it. Find me if you want to know what little more there is.
-Kevin Ramos"
He removes a bottle from his coat along with Jello. He pours the vial onto the small orange ooze and it grows, developing fur and bones. It turns into a fox, keeping the same orange color it has in its ooze form.
"You know I hate being all fleshy. Bones are so limiting." It shakes its body, throwing off fur as it hums.
He places the note in the bottle, twisting the glass lid onto it, sealing the note in.
"Yes, but you'll take forever if you stay normal size. Just try to find the girl we saw earlier or if you can't find her, the dark haired guy called Tryko."
"Yes master."
"Hey. No sass."
The fox takes off with the bottle as Kevin lays on his bed.
He rolls onto his side and looks at his beautiful new tea set. The wonderful glassy tea set...

Tybalt Baneko |

"OK. I'll try. Getting cold isn't a problem right now. But what about you all? How long can you make this? If I get that cold, you all cold be hurt by it."
He arrives, not going to ask questions outside of the really important one.
And Tybs takes my 12,000th post. ^_^

Casseus Rex |

Waiting on Vickory before I post anything else.

Morrivan |

Don't Krays and Morrivan know each other already?
I don't remember how much they did or didn't interact during the War Games, but outside of that, they've never been introduced that I am aware of. Tried to search it, but that was before I gave her her own alias and I am not wading through all the narrator posts for that.

Ephebe |

"Okie dokie."
^_^
Lang takes her hand and she takes Midori's hand, hoping they will all join hands and skip to the cave.
After she lands and lets Tarka and Lewis climb off, Ephebe collapsed, apparently exhausted.

Aanandareavekki |

"OK. I'll try. Getting cold isn't a problem right now. But what about you all? How long can you make this? If I get that cold, you all cold be hurt by it."
He arrives, not going to ask questions outside of the really important one.
And Tybs takes my 12,000th post. ^_^
"Starcasters. I have a bunch in my lab. They include protections against the cold, radiation, and lack of atmosphere in space. I'm pretty sure they can handle this. Fei, do you remember where I keep them? You can be there and back in a matter of seconds."

Kitty Tanaka |

Michael stretches out with a content sigh as he lays next to his girlfriend on the shores of the lake. He felt.. lighter. More settled, maybe. He couldn't really explain it or muster up the enthusiasm to try. There were more important things. Like his girlfriend.
Kitty couldn't seem to stop smiling. "That was..." she tried to think of the right word and discarded such trite choices as wonderful or amazing, even if they would have been accurate. "...worth waiting for."
She might have said more, but her stomach growled and she giggled. "We should probably head back to the house for some breakfast. Before we leave to go visit my family."

Sorchan del Sol |

He looked confused. "I'm not entirely sure which room you mean...are you asking about the infirmary? Because there are many ways to get sick or injured and fire doesn't fix all of them even for us. And for most of the other students that attend this school, fire hurts them. They require different methods of healing."

Vickory West |

Cultist Kill Team
Vickory pulls out a wand and disappears from sight, then she trades out for a wand of Stone Shape and puts on the combat bundle loop as she falls down the hole. She hits the ground and starts "cutting" the stone pillars into slices. The cuts are at an angle so the slices slide off into the group of cultists, away from her allies.

Jaiye |

Ehos can't help but smile when Jaiye breaks out laughing, even if his own smile is decidedly more sad. He probably would've found this story hilarious if Tilnar had been the one telling it. 'Yeah... I wasn't there, I was with the Clerics, but the whole delegation packed up and left. Except they gave her a beating, and then left her behind, abjured or whatever they call it. I didn't really know how to deal with her though, and after she was healed... she just left.' Ehos' frown returns once again as his story trails off. He looks pensive and somewhat sad.
She squeezed his hand. "So that's why you looked so uncomfortable when Asha talked about how she was treated. Because it brought back a painful memory of a girl who was treated badly because of her involvement with you, and you still feel guilty because you weren't able to help her."

Fei, of the Sun Soul |

"Starcasters. I have a bunch in my lab. They include protections against the cold, radiation, and lack of atmosphere in space. I'm pretty sure they can handle this. Fei, do you remember where I keep them? You can be there and back in a matter of seconds."
Fei nods.
"I do, sabumnim. I will be right back."
The young monk disappears from the room. A few seconds later, he returns with a box full of said Starcasters. He immediately goes about placing them on the arms of those assembled.
And with that surprise post, my 20-hour day comes to a close. Time for a power nap before I start it all over again...

Kitty Tanaka |

"I'm glad we enjoyed that together.. I kind of wish I hadn't waited so long now." He admits sheepishly. "we should play hooky more often."
"We should probably, um, take a quick swim first. Just in case."
Kitty blushed. "Oh, I hadn't thought of that...yeah, I think a quick swim is a good idea."
She leaned over and kissed him softly. "And I agree...playing hooky leads to good things," she said, grinning, before jumping up and running towards the lake, then stopping and turning back towards Michael. "Well? Aren't you going to join me?"

Sorchan del Sol |

Throwing a glance at at Halo, Iolth says quietly "Glorified chickens, eh? Would they be spicy and pre-cooked?"
"The wards are designed to read intent. You won't be given detention for accidents. If you require a limiter or a monitor or a panic button then you'll want to speak with Professor Sunwake. But she's often busy so I can't guarantee that she'll be available at any given time. Although if you are prone to putting people in the infirmary that will likely get you moved to the top of the list very quickly."

Tarka the kobold |

"Oh goodness, what's going on now? Ack! Hmm. Alright, keep calm... There are... Others at the school, right? Yes? Good. Louis, look after her for a little while, i can't help on my own.... I'm going to go ask what to do. Madness, take me over there."
tarka fikers out of existance, and appears next to krays, knowing he's a champion from when she saw him with ephebe.
"You, black-sacled-person! You know how to help, right?"

"Please pass your assignments to the front. I will grade them and return them to you tomorrow."
"Now, open up your textbook to chapter five," she said, not meeting Treisdan's eyes when he tried to make eye contact.

Lewis the Jabberwock |

Lewis bristles much like a cat does when Tarka jumps him with a responsibility.
He looks left and right, trying to think of what to do when left alone.
He decides to gently pat her arm he stands next to, quickly retracting his paw when this prompts a small movement from Ephebe.

"Please pass your assignments to the front. I will grade them and return them to you tomorrow."
"Now, open up your textbook to chapter five," she said, not meeting Treisdan's eyes when he tried to make eye contact.
