Ryleh had more because she was a regular dragon back then, but only Aananda and Chan survived(Chan was later killed, so the one after Ephebe is probably a clone).
Aananda had three(two at first, but timelines got messed with).
Ephebe is going to have four.

Why? Dragons lay eggs. Firebirds have a bird form so they should be able to choose live birth or egg laying. Should be fine.
