Sweet Enre gets to shank some people.
For those who have no idea what I am talking about Shank
lynora
Why break into rooms when so many of the students are in the common areas in the evenings? :)
And the lycans are a lot worse of a threat to deal with during the full moon....so you know, Enre might have an outside shot of almost breaking a sweat. Maybe. ;P

Hmm. (-_-)

So what you are saying is that I should take a look at Phaezeriel's spells and such and figure out what he will do to fight people?
EDIT: How freely available will new spells be at the avalon academy?
In order:
Yes, that would be a good idea.
and
Extremely.

I think Gustav's going to have enough stress from the "look at a pebble" meditation class and the "philosophy in the name of art" art class. Bleah. He's liable to go full-out if someone disrupts his beauty sleep.
So this isn't the time to mention that his little ectoplasm into silver stunt earlier makes him target numero uno? :)

Uh-huh. And easily repeatable. Groggy just-woken-up psions are not to be trifled with. :) So unless your weres are wearing full-body diving suits with SCUBA gear...

Lynora is a posting machine.
And now you have discovered the reason why the post count on this game is so high. :)
I'm a failed writer, so I learned to type fast back when I thought I was gonna write a book. End result, I loathe creative writing in most aspects, but have developed great skills in spewing out words at a high rate. ;P
lynora
Well, it's mostly the sitting by yourself trying to type for hours at a time....it's no wonder I started talking to myself. It's what I was doing all day anyways. :/
Honestly, I'd go back to it in a heartbeat if I had someone to work with, (not full-time mind you, I've learned my lesson) but I ended up in a very bad place mentally from spending that much time working alone with no feedback from anyone. Even my writers group was mostly just correcting grammar rather than bouncing off ideas.

Well, I do write a bit, and you do like the stories I've completed...
lynora
Heh. I should send you my fractured fairy tale. Little Red Riding Hood is a force to be reckoned with, let me tell you. ;P
In fact I shall email that to you in a bit, and you can see the kind of stuff I was working on before I quit. I do think that you would be a good person to collaborate with. :)

Considering that this whole "destroy Agartha" plot isn't supposed to be stopped... *dramatic music*
@Lyn: I have this strange creativity. Too bad I can't channel it into creating a non-rules light game. :)
Ditto that. All the world building I did for a setting i ended up abandoning would make a sweet game if I didn't suck at writing rules. :)
"Jim" Rivets
Hey Lyn, do you mind if I extend the duration of Sending? It's fairly useless in most situations. at 10 minutes to cast per sentence, it's not exactly efficient, either.
Kryzbyn
I like coming up with ideas for world building or game mechanics, but actually writing it all out and drawing maps (which I don't mind) I can't spend a whole lot of time on or it becomes 'work' and not 'fun'.
I had a world done up taht I gm'd a pathfinder game for recently, had a cool history and background. Went with the alien astronaut creation method, then had local lore and legend reflect an almost biblical telling of creation. The gods were real, and were created by an over diety, but he started out as a mortal super science alien type originaly sent to terraform the planet for an empire long forgotten...
I have tidbits written here and there, if anyone wants to read them.

Oops, forgot I was supposed to meet up with Professor Reading.
That's okay, nobody told me about this stupid staff meeting either. Augh! If the kobold starts talking about discipline again I think I might totally lose it. ;P

Maps I got, and history, and I wrote a freaking language and everything. new systems of magic, working ecosystem, monsters...all of it. It's just that it's written on post-its, old envelopes, etc. and I have no idea how to convert any of it to rules. :)

Wow. I've tried writing science fantasy myself, mostly fan fiction. A few readers, exactly two feedback e-mails on more than 10 stories. I got up to 50,000 words in 9 days on the last one, 2 years ago. Kinda burned myself out.

Well, there goes another RPG Superstar. It's strange that I don't mind not making it into the top 32.
Sorry. Better luck next time. And I think that it's hard to feel bad about it when there are so many talented people putting in entries.
