The ground is current soaked due to the rain earlier. The major part is making sure everyone that all the is infected is in water connected to the same body of water he is in.

If witch's have the same spells perday as a wizard, then just use the sell points from wizard.

gestalt doesn't stack spellpoints. Your witch spellpoints can only be used for witch spells for example.

My familiar is a teddy bear that has two different spirits possessing it and I don't even have improved familiar. I think you're good. ;)

A spellbook that is a familiar, (and contains my spells)

and

A voidword that is a familiar, (and contains my spells)
