Space would have three.
Time is a dimension
Space is a subsection of the two types of dimension.
Technically Space...

Verb

He never said he wanted to be it. Just wondered if there was one.
Kind of a big difference there. :)

Eyeball or visor?

'Space' is not considered a viable concept in and of itself. The things you consider part of space are divided between other Patrons.
Alright.
IMO, i thought of him as a non-sentient patron, as he cannot move in time, thus cannot comprehend.Nothing more then a curiosity, really.

Black holes-
Are they the absence of any Patron after they tear a hole in reality?

Elven surnames, anyone? Anything campaign specific? Some family mentioned but not a character with it?

I use the random elven name generator in Races of the Wild from 3.5....want me to roll one for you? That's how I came up with Tami's last name (Saeaera). To my knowledge Denulia (Ehos and Tyrrin's last name) is the only other campaign specific elven surname mentioned so far.

Sure. Can I give you rolls? I have this weird thing where I like to always do my own rolls for stuff. :/

I've always been good with pronunciation. This isn't real hard.
For me at least. Wouldn't want it to be my name, though.

Pronouncing the parts slowly helps me figure these thing out, then put them together, correct what doesn't sound quite right, then boom, you've got the word, or at least, it sounds like you do.

strangely enough that is a more complicated answer than yes/no.
in school every french teacher I ever had from kindergarten to 10th grade said I was awesome at it, which confused the heck out of me
given some french to read I can pronounce it flawlessly, almost like a native
and my spelling was no worse than my spelling in english
but I can't remember what any of it means a weak later,
I however love looking at what a language says about a culture for instance the honorifics in japaneese

Tybalt Baneko wrote:Elven surnames, anyone? Anything campaign specific? Some family mentioned but not a character with it?Hmm.. I don't think I ever gave Ehos' cohort a last name... but I'll have to check the logs.
Yup, Ehos' cohort has never been given a last name. Poor Tilnar.
Tybalt Baneko |
Pronounced Ba-ne-ko.
But yes. Neko cat is where it came from.
My friend was confused because she said adding ko as a suffix made it disrespectful.
Oh those nutty Japanese. ;P

Huh. Have you tried watching French tv? I learned the language from Canadian PBS as a child and try to keep my language skills somewhat current by watching the occasional french film. It really does help. Although I generally do better with visual cues. My russian teacher despaired of my inability to translate from a recording, but when she showed us russian movies I was the only one in the room who understood well enough to laugh at the jokes.

heh. that's a trick I learned in band if you play anything even resembling what you are supposed to be playing, even if it's the wrong line and so long as you play it loudly they will assume you are just playing a variation or are playing harmony.
on the other hand even if you play perfectly if you don't play with oomph they will assume you are screwing up and want to try to hide it.Tybalt Baneko |

oh don't worry I know marching band is different, and the rule doesn't really apply to brass or any of the really loud instruments
and this rarely applied to me, only once did it apply to me and not in the normal wayI once broke my last reed just before a performance and I had no idea what to do, so I just played the notes without actually putting any air down the instrument
apparently my dad saw my look of panic as I looked at him when it first started because he mouthed at me "watermelon watermelon watermelon"
Lord Foul II |
if you whisper the words watermelon it's difficult for someone to read your lips if both people say it it looks like an actual conversation
as a side note, mom did not notice, she actually complimented me on my performance which made me laugh so hard
icehawk333 |
Aah that makes sense. hermes is at the table... presumably standing just behind me..
yes, unless you can somehow suddenly stop a conversation, hold another one, and they will all just patently wait...
Basically-
You can't carry on two conversations at once in any realistic manner.

Is it just me, or are the problems growing more and more out-of-nowhere feeling?
I feel like I'm the only one who hasn't had a clue about anything that's gong on this whole time...
If you are referring to Darth Vai's attack on the school, out-of-nowhere is exactly what I was aiming for. :)
