Ok I had several different ways to say what I wanted to say about Mel and Kai.

was looking for a way to use this song... just no other way just yet.

I guess music is the best way

but even that isn't fully applicable becuase it will require a mutal desire...and I don't know where Kai's heart really lies right now.

I don't think Mel ever accused Kai (or her assassin) of "ignoring" her maybe forgetting once in a while, but not ignoring.

I forgot you once and that was just as the attack happened and that can be explained as "I was miles away at the time

forgot once but took a while to remember. (well not really but sounded okay)

anyway we shall see how it plays out I am not committing to any direction. actually can't wait to see how the conversation is going to go.

now I have to wonder... since I was thinking about possibilities for mel while driving to work this morning and that song came on my XM radio as well.

not to be a wrench or anything, but we each have different tastes as to what is good or not. I do happen to think that Pink is a very good performer.

Judge things by their own merits, not by the fans/etc of those things. I personally like Pink, and Nate Reuss even more so.

Gods do I love Nate Reuss. The Format's Dog Problems album might be my favourite album of all time.

It's not that I avoid it because it's popular. I just don't like pop music. All of it tries so hard to be good instead of actually being good music.

If you want some really fantastic pop music, you should check out the Format. Specifically, their album Dog Problems. Seriously. My favourite album ever

The lead singer for Format is now the lead singer for Fun. which also has some /great/ pop songs. He does use a little auto-tune, which is annoying cause he really doesn't need it. Anyway, Some Nights is one of my favourite songs right now.

Vai: Sadness and hope at the same time (was my starting point, anyway)
Ardiente: Duality.

Rena: Innocence/naivety

Stuff like that. I find characters grow on their own from there.

most of my characters are made from different aspects of my own personality, sometimes with a character or two that I enjoy mixed in.

Stuff like that. I find characters grow on their own from there.

But his actual character is quite complicated and tangled

Charecters represent-

Adon- believe it or not, he was created to represent happiness in what you're good in, even if it wasn't what you hoped for.
He turned out as a personification of self hatred and grudges.
Seriously, how?

Igni- made as an analytic manipulator. Turned out a rather unstable individual,
Embodying artifice, crippling overspecialization, and failure.

Roel- self-corruption, loss, confusion, happiness, ignorance, nativity.

Marcell- curiosity, exploration.

Riviarti- awareness, knowledge, and a bit of cockiness.

Settro- has anyone noticed how his emotions work yet, or the secret behind getting along with him instantly? Tell me if you have, I've put a lot of work into playing that.

Generic monster alias- giant squid. This represents giant squid.

If Carl needs a girl,I know one who might be into beards. ;)

and h don't go for halflings, its the feet puts him off,
he don't mind some facial hair but on the feet to much and it puts him right off.

Since we're aiming at winding down the day:

Ardiente: Not at school and not
Planning on sleeping. This scene can easily bleed into the next day if needed. I imagine Soechan and him are going to have words though.
Ehos: Cuddled up with Jaiye for the night.
Midori: At least needs to finish up Sara scene.
Rena: Enjoying herself. Ready to move forward.
Repp: Fast asleep. Ready.
Tyrrin: Out. This adventure can also bleed over.
Vai: Doing whatever she can to assist: heavy lifting right now.
Vare: Needs to talk to Aananda, but that should be it.

Oh, she's almost as tall a a human in her normal state, and that's with about half of her on the ground.

Don't take this personally. It's been no 1 for like 12 weeks on the XM station I listen to most often....which means that my original mild dislike for it has become raging inferno of hate every time I hear it. This song just really hits me wrong.

Which isn't to say I dislike Pink in general. This song is pretty much Jaiye's theme song.

But then I have very eclectic taste in music. I like a bit of everything. :)

oh I didn't say there were no dwarves, just no dwarf PCs that I know of, there are definitely at least a few Dwarven NPCs though not as many as most other races, Dwarves are renowned for being not very magical in and of themselves but being able to do a lot very well anyway,
and most dwarves that do do magic don't usually have problems with their magic
