Primal Magic Event; as long as it's a spell, a spell-like ability, or a magic item that's being activated, Rahz can trigger a PME basically by just pointing at them or something; I dunno, just a revelation. If mask guy isn't a caster, he wouldn't get a save to stop it.
Anyone know of it's possible to adopt a new familiar without dissmising the old one I wouldn't stack the percetion and stuff I really just want to talk to him. What would an otter's bonus be? Like a +2 to swim checks maybe?Use spell to communicate with animals... or get a druid to do so for you

I find it interesting that you are still playing the "What did I do" card. It has been amply explained.
What you did is the equivalent of one of us modern humans appearing unannounced in the one of the most secure rooms of the pentagon during an above-top-secret briefing, then being un-detainable and refusing to explain our presence/intent. Not to mention the tendency to copy the faces of those we were talking to is pretty creepy, as is the repetitive obsession with "Do you want to buy?" The response would escalate to deadly force just as fast as it did in your case, if not faster.
