K'leckemaki |

K'leck continues to try to open the coffin.
Do I need to roll again? 'cause it seemed like we got interrupted before my original roll got used, and it was a pretty good roll. And the Paizo dice roller hasn't liked me recently... >.>

Gotin "Banana" Immel |

Finish the job, K'leck. I was expecting something like this to occur. I know it doesn't really bear saying, everyone, but keep your wits about you.
continuously scans the room, particularly the stone door and back wall. His hands rest on his weapons, ready to draw.

---GM Shadowtail24--- |
The noise starts to fade and then rise again as K'leck attempts to find purchase underneath the lid. The task is difficult enough that you lean in closer to inspect the pocket between the lid and the tomb. Curiously, it's difficult to find the where the lid ends and the tomb begins. It almost appears as if the silver is a continuous layer.
A hiss from Payk stops your next effort. "Quiet, now." He steps lightly to the torch holder in the doorway and extinguishes it wish a gush from his waterskin. He motions to Khron and Yorrick and hisses again. "Cut the lights."
Outside, dusk has turned to dark, but it does not cover the graveyard. Across the way a torch has been stuck into the ground, it's light revealing an ogre. The massive creature has a shovel in his hands and digging up a grave.
At the same time, the sounds from beyond the door increase to peak levels, this time not waning near as quickly.
Gotin: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
Ezra: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15
Yorrick: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Kleck: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Flynn: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Khron: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13
Payk: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20
Gotin, Payk, Ezra, Khron, K'leck,Yorrick, Flynn.
Combat has not started yet, but I am putting everyone into initiative order to keep things organized. You can react, though I suggest you wait for those in front of you to take their actions, so you can base yours appropriately.

Khron Stonearm |

Khron cracks his knuckles. "Aye, I'll drink t' 'at," the warpriest agrees, sinking into a fighting stance.

K'leckemaki |

K'leck quietly stows the crowbar and prepares to grab his spear. Well, that explain where big run-away man's buddy was. He glances back and forth between the groans from behind and the doorway through which the ogre can be seen.
Move action to stow crowbar, then a second move action that will either be to draw spear or to move and draw spear at the same time.

Payk |

Payk lets the party act, gauging their reactions silently. "Looks like you guys got the handle on it here then, I'll circle around." The half elf scurries out the door and into the darkness.
Stealth: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25
The ogre keeps digging, not noticing the half-elf's presence.
Round 2; The Party is up, Gotin, Payk, Ezra, Khron, K'leck,Yorrick, Flynn.

Ezra Thorne |

Ezra will turn to the party. "When we saw the necromancer, I was able to... control him somehow. Perhaps I could do the same thing to this thing here. If we want to run away, we could do that quite easily, but if you mercenaries want to kill it... well, I'll wait until it looks like it's about to attack, and then try to stun it with some of my god given magic."
Basically I'm suggesting to delay until it's turn and cast a spell on it then. Most likely command if not daze.

Gotin "Banana" Immel |

standard action: Gotin tries to keep a bead on Payk's location while watching the ogre's actions
perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26
I have a bad feeling, guys. I'd like to verify something; go on ahead, I promise I'm right behind you

K'leckemaki |

K'leck grips his spear, looking around uncertainly at the group. Seeing that Gotin is focusing on events outside, he chooses to instead focus his attention on the wall at the back of the room in case the wall suddenly opens.
Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20

Gotin "Banana" Immel |

damn my racial lack of low-light and darkvision
blast! he exclaims quietly alright, we need to take him down. Ezra, wait long enough to to see if the moaning behind the wall stops when the ogre stops digging, then back us up. Boys, let's get his attention, shall we
he raises his bow, nocks, draws and fires before drawing his rapier and advancing
attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7

Khron Stonearm |

Khron steps forward, sitting deeper in his fighting stance. "'ey, big an' ugly! Ya ain't gonna be diggin' much lon'er!" He then charges at the ogre, ready to strike.
Can we get a new battle map? It's hard to tell what we can actually do, at the moment.

K'leckemaki |

K'leck continues to act as rear guard, fully expecting the groaning from the back of the tomb to turn into an attack.
So I guess K'leck is delaying until the others move or until he sees that an ally is in trouble and needs help.

---GM Shadowtail24--- |
Alright, lets sort everything out. Kleck is hanging in front of the back door. Khron has charged the ogre, but can't reach him from that far away. Gotin tries a shot but misses. Ezra and Yorrick follow behind Flynn, who starts circling.
The ogre turns at the call of Khron and gives the dwarf a confused look before returning to his digging.
Init: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (7) - 1 = 6
The party is up. Mobile and roll20 maps have been updated.
Gotin, Payk, Ezra, Khron, K'leck, Yorrick, Flynn, Ogre.

Khron Stonearm |

Khron ducks down into his fighting stance, eyes full of fire. He begins to chant in dwarven, before an slight aura of white light surrounds him. "Don' say I di'n't warn ya, ugly!"
Khron enters Pummeling Stance (swift action) and casts Divine Favor (standard action), before moving 20 ft. towards the ogre (move action).

K'leckemaki |

Convinced that they will have some time to see any enemies attacking from the rear of the vault, K'leck runs to catch up with his fellows.
Run action for x4 movement. But something wonky seems to be going on in roll20 as K'leck is stuck on a layer behind the dirt, making him invisible. I made a text note to the right of his location though, so as to mark where he is.

---GM Shadowtail24--- |
Payk is still absent as the party engages the Ogre. Spurred by the backing of his squad, Gotin fires away and manages an arrow protruding from the ogre's leg. It roars, surprised and whips around, trying to find the source of the pain. Settling on Khron as the likely subject, it raises the shovel and flings it at Khron.
Attack: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (18) - 2 = 16
damage Khron: 1d4 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Amazingly, the improvised javelin strikes the surprised Khron, slicing through the dwarf's side. 7 damage
The party is up.
Gotin, Payk, Ezra, Khron, K'leck, Yorrick, Flynn, Ogre.

Khron Stonearm |

Khron growls at the ogre, clutching the wound in his side. Turning tail, he rushes back to the group. "Maybe not me greatest plan!" he shouts as his thick, stubby legs carry him away from the oversized humanoid.
Khron withdraws 40 ft. (full-round action).

K'leckemaki |

With a roar, K'leck surges forward, drawing a short spear to throw at the ogre.
To Hit: 1d20 + 5 - 2 ⇒ (15) + 5 - 2 = 18
Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Move while drawing weapon, standard action to attack, still have my previous spear for melee.

Ezra Thorne |

Ezra mumbles something in Infernal (unknowingly as he thinks he's speaking common) and then continues in the tongue of devils. "Don't let it get too close... Asmodeus please, once again grant me your magic!"
I ready an action to cast command as soon as it steps in distance,

Flynn Miller |

You will regret that creature.
Flynn fires an arrow at the ogre.
attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
Dmg: 1d8 ⇒ 1
Shadow. Attack.
Shadow double moves to the ogres position.

Yorrick |

Yorrick casts Confusion lesser on the ogre DC 17
Spellsong: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17 and 1d6d1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19, 7, 14, 13, 4) + 5 = 62
Your shoes are untied! Yorrick shouts at the ogre.

---GM Shadowtail24--- |
Will Save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21 Pass
Spears and arrows pepper the ogre as it continues its roar. The mark of pain becomes a challenge as it gathers itself and charges K'leck.
Attack: 1d20 + 10 - 4 ⇒ (20) + 10 - 4 = 26 uh oh, crit
Attack: 1d20 + 10 - 4 ⇒ (19) + 10 - 4 = 25 ffffff
Damage: 2d4 + 10 ⇒ (2, 2) + 10 = 14 That was close
The ogre surges forward and barrels it's fist into Kleck's helm, severely wounding the Shaonti.
That's 14 damage to Kleck, who is still conscious if barely. The party is up.
Gotin, Payk, Ezra, Khron, K'leck, Yorrick, Flynn, Ogre.

Ezra Thorne |

I'm going to measure it, but the ogre might JUST be in range of my spell, so my readied action would go off. If he doesn't save against me, he might not have any punches to throw ^_^
As soon as Ezra feels the ogre is an range of the spell, he points to it and yells a single word. "FALL!"
The DC is 16. If he rolls above a 13 before modifiers, I will misfortune him.

Yorrick |

Spellsong: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17 and SR if needed: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
Perc/SM must beat spell song roll or spell casting is not noticed.
look a flying gorilla!.
Yorrick tries to confuse the ogre again
Dc17

---GM Shadowtail24--- |
Willsave: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22 above the misfortune level
Willsave: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10 Fail
Ezra's cry is unable to stop the ogre's punch, but it does bring it to the ground immediately after.
The damage still takes effect. Ezra will now act before the Ogre in init order. Yorrick, with the ogre now prone you can change your action if you wish.
