The Mortimer of London armored fashion line:
Not exactly fashion-forward, but classic enough to always stay near the height of fashion. Mortimer has stuck with the classics, anchored around the venerable Berwick line. All pieces are custom tailored and fit, and I especially love that the include custom tailoring to fit "exceptional physical aspects" of their individual customers. Original pieces have to be sat for with a Mortimer certified tailor.
I have a pretty solid stock of "lightly worn" Mortimer from his past lines. The lack the custom-cut feathures, but they can still have the important effect of making you lookc classier than you really are. The Crimson Sky and Summit lines from back in the early '60s have aged quite well. And though the lack some of the wireless perks of many modern armors, they still stop bullets.
Berwick Suit: Armor 9, Capacity 9, Availability 9, Cost ¥2600. Features: custom fit (stack), increase social limit by 1, -2 modifier for concealability.
Wireless bonus: +1 dice pool bonus to Social TestsGreatcoat Coat: Armor 10/+3, Capacity 10, Availability 8, Cost ¥3000
Ulysses Coat: Armor 10/+3, Capacity 12, Availability 8, Cost ¥3100
Argentum Coat: Armor 12/+4, Capacity 14, Availability 10, Cost ¥3600
Features: custom fit (stack), increase social limit by 1, -3 modifier for concealability.
Wireless bonus: +1 dice pool bonus to Social Tests
After getting them custom fit, you can wear the base armor (the Berwick Suit) for its Armor 9, and stack one of the coats over it for the +X value, so long as you dont change one of your physical stats, other than through magical means (Boost Attribute spells, for example.) They also impose a penalty to Perception tests to find hidden gear (the -X concealability) and give you bonuses to social limit & social tests (when wireless active).
Naturally, you can get the normal enhancements to armor (non-conductivity, insulation, biomonitors et al) just like anything else, using the capacity as listed.
The Executive Suite is a Zoé model, your basic high-fashion corp suit (think Agents from the Matrix).
Executive Suite: Armor 12, Capacity 4, Availability 12, Cost ¥2000
Features: custom fit, Newest Model, increase social limit by 1
Wireless bonus: Increase Social Limit by 2

Probably in the Tir. Traditionally, Telestrian doesn't have much in the realm of 'Customer Goods/Services', choosing instead to focus on the more influential/lucrative fields of cutting-edge genetics and computer science, plus military hardware and government contracts, most of those inside Tir Tairngire. While (IIRC) the Megacorporate Audit means that TI may be hooking up with other sizeable corporations to be certain to 'pass' the audit and retain at least a AA rating (if not, somehow, manage to seize a Corp Court seat and break in as a AAA) that's still essentially gonna mean that at current it won't have a 'Whole Foods' in Seattle. :/

No. You cannot astrally perceive or target a specific piece of cyberware, not even a blatant, obvious cyberlimb; implanting the thing makes it part of the host's aura, and not its own particular and seperate object. At the GM's ruling, you can visually perceive and target a specific piece of cyberware with a physical-based spell (e.g. powerbolt), but not with a mana-based spell (e.g. manabolt), which grounds into their aura.
Whether the GM decides that such a spell like that can 'blow out' an implanted piece of 'ware despite all that is up to PsiHamster; I can see (and make) arguments in both directions, but I'd probably come down hard on the 'NO!!' side if I were ruling.

LOS is LOS - and believe you me, we've done spellcasting sniping at three miles' distance (and into a harbor fight from on top of a skyscraper) before exactly because of that. (Oh, back when having telescopic sights/eyes was actually good.) But the standard default is that if it's an implant, it goes off the person's Willpower or Body, unless it has a specific Body that's higher (as some cyberarms do).

Yeah, cyber/bio ware is considered part of the users aura, and is not directly targetable via magic like that. A carried com link would be, or an unattended device.
Via wireless, one could hack or damage one, assuming it was active at the time.
And certain called shots could potentially damage individual components (kneecapping a cyberleg for example)
Oddly enough, the indirect combat spells (flamethrower/lightning bolt/etc), as they behave much like normal ranged attacks, could potentially use the same kind of called shots as guns.
