Background
Being a combat mage for the TRC in Tir Na nOg isn't all that it's hyped up to be. Cavan would know, he was one. Unfortunately his military career didn't last very long when he realized he was never going to get anywhere. His CO was only promoting Hermetic Mages and not Shamans, and while Dragonslayer watches over his own, he has no control over what others do. So Cavan quit, jumped on the next flight to Seattle to visit his grandparents and never looked back. Although a lack of money meant that he would need to do some more unsavory jobs. He's earned a living as a mage for hire for various shadowrunning groups, but hasn't found a group to stick with, and on his last run the decker shot his cards and Cavan's fake SiN got burned so he had to ditch it. Currently he lives in Tacoma, but has been visiting the Redmond Barrens lately for various jobs.
Appearance
Not too tall, not too short, lean with red hair and a small red goatee. Usually wearing his lined coat with a pair of jeans held up with a studded leather belt. He often wears orange or green t-shirts featuring whatever beer of the month that he's been enjoying at O'Malley's bar in Downtown.
Personality
Cavan is pretty jovial all things considered. Usually has a pretty laid back attitude unless work and his friends are involved. Serious about the job, the cash, and his contacts Cavan lives by three rules.
