I'm celebrating.
HeroLab now properly implements Cog (both the Boon Companion feat, and keeping him medium-sized).
However, I just ran into a problem.
Cog took Armor Proficiency (Medium) so he could wear chainmail barding.
Except, chainmail only allows a maximum Dex bonus of +2, and Cog's Dex is +5.
This was a bonehead decision by me, and apparently when I hand-tuned Cog back to medium size from large size (which is a huge Dex adjustment), I missed the upper limit on the armor he's been wearing.
TLDR: I've had Cog's AC too high.
@Chris: Any chance of a Cog rebuild now that HeroLab supports him correctly? RAW, Glimmil always could dismiss Cog and summon a brand new companion that's been re-tuned. However, I'd rather prefer, for sentimental purposes that Glimmil gives Cog a vacation in Celestia for a few days, and when Cog comes back, all his mechanical errors have somehow been resolved by his time away from Oerth.
Main Rebuild Point: I'd drop his Armor Proficiency (Medium) feat and get him some lighter barding. He'd probably take Dodge instead, so it's almost all been a wash mechanically.

What is Glimmil selling to Skie?
Here's roughly the haul from the Abyss. If something here is included that someone is keeping, let me know.
Bracers of archery, lesser	5000
Staff of fire	18950

On a separate note, I'm not sure if someone is severely behind on WBL. If so, I have no issue with them catching up with this disbursement. We could distribute a "catch up" amount from that 108,494gp before splitting the remaining pool.
The bar for level 12 is 108,000gp.
HeroLab claims Glimmil is ~61,525gp and I think he's one of the higher ones in the party now.
Dyrant calls out the Greyhawk Shopping Trip. Party!

I'm ambivalent about the bracers of archery. I think Toffitt might like to have them... But not super necessary if folks want 500 gp...
With them, Toffitt's wealth is 40358.11. So, about 60,000 gp under wealth according to the books. Not that I'm complaining that much, but... Yeah... Holy dueling blade, Batman!

Dyrant would like to keep the Angelrelic, the Staff.
With he's a shade under 42000 in magics.
Dyrant hopes to make up a bit of WBL by crafting up a storm.

Atol wants to sell his Breastplate +2 (4,350gp) and dump the proceeds into the party.
I've got Atol at around 55,000gp in magics and other gear. Could be a grand or two either way as I've not kept close track of my scrolls and there are a lot of them.

Taking the Staff of Fire and the Bracers of Archery out of the Excel sheet.
We can at least do a first "catch up" round to get Dyrant and Toffitt up to ~60Kgp each. Atol can keep the proceeds from his breastplate (it makes it simpler) to stay at ~59,350gp

Not sure where Finneas is at in terms of wealth. If he's right around 60K, we should each be really close to ~72K afterwards, which is ironically 66.666% of the WBL measuring stick! :)

Toffitt has a +1 amulet of natural armor that he could keep, but he'll often have Barkskin available for a much better boost. So if someone wants it...? I suggested it to Atol.

Atol Lem

I like the way Glimmil's mind works on this. Get everyone even and we'll divvy up the rest.
And yes, Atol is happy to take the natural armor if you don't want it. It seems I can't help myself and keep getting into combat situations. :)

Finneas Glenn

I think Finneas is around 50, a lot of that is in a cloak of arachnida that we could trade out. At this point getting my saves up seems more important, and the changes we learned about Spider Climb makes it less overpowering than it was. I need to find a way to gain flight easily. I'd like to save my boot slot for Striding and Springing as 25' can't keep up with Doc and Cog and I won't get getting level 5 Barbarian now.
As an aside Armored Hulk is not a good archetype for Barbarians, or at least not as good as I'd hoped.

Methinks that boots of flying might be better for Finneas, but tis your choice! An alternative might be Atol and Dyrant crafting up a wand of fly or air walk...? Toffitt has access to air walk and communal air walk, but not sure I want to dedicate the spell slots yet.
However, a headband of intellect +2 would give me an extra lvl 4 slot. So maybe...

Boots of flying are probably a better choice, flying opponents are my weakness and without dedicating a lot of feats and money to it I'll be subpar as an archer at best.

Doctor Abner Svengalu Toffitt

Dyrant, will you be prepping GDM regularly? It's awfully nice to have one around for super buffed people like Toffitt's evil twin. Who am I kidding? That's Toffitt.

Glimmil

Looks like HeroLab was wrong about Glimmil's wealth. It was calculating his hook-hammer as being +1 holy on both ends, which apparently makes it crazy expensive.
After fixing that, Glimmil is at 43,575 wealth.
After grabbing that Headband of Charisma, he's up to 47,575
Updating the Excel sheet again, trying to get everyone up to 50K before we divvy up the gold, we get:
Daggers +1 (x3)	6906
Studded Leather +1 (x3)	3525
Spear, +1 Wounding	18302
Longspear +3	18305
Amulet of Sconethieving	120000
Retail Total	167038
Sell Price Total	83519
Library Room (5000g)	5000
Books x3, 1000g ea	3000
Dragon chest, (5000g)	5000
Total With Coins 96519	96519
Dyrant Catch-Up 8K	-8000
Tofffitt Catch-Up 10K	-10000
Glim Catch-Up 2K	-2000
Total With Catch-Ups	76519
Shares Each	15303.8
So that means:
15303+8K to Dyrant = 23303g
15303+10K to Toffitt = 25303g
15303+2K to Glimmil = 17303g
15303g to Atol
15303g to Finn
And everyone should be around 65Kg total (Atol being a bit higher, which is fine by me).

I'll make you a deal... :)
Run some PFS scenarios on the forums here (I've never played a PFS scenario) so I can work on getting a level 3 PC for PaizoCon, and I'll handle your plane ticket!
(I see it's only $269 round trip from Oakland to Seattle the weekend in question -- not sure where you'd fly out from)

I mentioned this to Painlord the other night.
With my new discovery of PFS play, I've had the itch to run some PFS on the forums via PbP.
As everyone here has been such a blast to game with, I'd love to invite any of you over as players.
I haven't picked a scenario yet, so am open to suggestions as I know a lot of you have been PFS-crazy for years. Ideally I'd like to pick a scenario to print out and read while I'm on vacation later this week (which heads up, I'll be on vacation but don't think it will affect evening posting much should we resume this week).

Doctor Abner Svengalu Toffitt

I like the idea. The rules about PFS PbP are a bit restrictive—you're not supposed to play that character elsewhere while the PbP mod is going on.
I have some upper level characters that are mostly retired at this point, which might become interesting to me again if I did some PbP. So that's an option...
The safest bets might be some of the newer Season 4 mods, though it might not take too much time to figure out some earlier mods that no one has yet played.
Thanks for suggesting it, Glim!

I'd likely want to run a Tier 1 scenario or two to get started.
My (not-so) secret goal is to get some GM credits that I can apply to PFS PCs to boost their level to qualify for more interesting scenarios and tiers at PaizoCon in July.
I believe, with engaged players who post 5 times a week, it should only take about 4 weeks to complete a scenario since they all seem to be about four encounters each. I'm also good with planned breaks between scenarios (like late May for those of you who head to KublaCon).
The map duties (what I think slows down us PbP GMs the most) also don't look too onerous for a scenario.
I'd happily entertain PFS reboots of Mobled, Mukluk and gang. :)
(I'm still struggling to get over that 1st Edition to PF conversion of Slavelords. As written, it's really showing signs of its age and could use a major retool. I should've just done an AP from the get-go for that game).

I don't think Mukluk is meant for PFS play.
I have a solid lvl 2 yahoo ready and good to go for PFS.
If I'm voting, it's 4-11 The Disappeared (subtiers 1-2, 4-5).
