Dargorath |
Dargorath looks for someone who has messenger pigeons available and checks if they can have one sent to Nkechi. He also asks if Malok has any spare magical energies to use animal messenger. Aka spell slot left open
Dargorath |
Ahahaha nice pun. At least it didn't explode
Dargorath buys a hammer and 10 pitons on the way there, just in case some cliff climbing is required.
Sir Galittlehad the Not So Pure |
The pigeon messenger, was it an african or european pigeon?
Galittle supports the whole buying some climbing supplies.
Ivar "Goldilocks" Theodinson |
Once back at the pathfinder lodge, while Gellick rests, Ivar tries on his new breastplate. As their pathfinder friend explains that they will need a guide, Ivar listens to the conversation, after the new dwarf attempts to figure out how to send the druid a message. Ivar finally adds, ”Well it sounds like we’ll be doing some boating and climbing. Dargorath and Randy are right we should get some gear.” He then asks Gellick. ”Do you know a man with a boat, or will we need to rent one?” Once they are done talking to Gellick Ivar heads out into town to purchase a few sundries.
Malok, the East Wind |
Malok spends the morning preparing some different spells and is then ready to get back to nature.
"Back to fresh air sounds great to me.."
Malok, the East Wind |
"I can prepare the spell, but it seems a waste if we are going there already.."
Ivar "Goldilocks" Theodinson |
'Good with birds. That's funny, seeing we have a 'bird' in our little group here.' Ivar smirks at Barton's comment, "Indeed."
Hearing Malok's inquiry, Ivar approaches, turning and whispering, "Didn't the gnome say the priest didn't like to be disturbed and warning him would be a good idea." Then shrugging his shoulders, "Besides it's getting late, we'll have to rent a boat. Then we need to sail the boat over to the cliffs and leave enough daylight to climb the cliffs and speak to the gentleman. Let alone climb back down and sail back across. Anyway, I need to buy supplies, going to look at arrows, you want to come along?"
Ivar "Goldilocks" Theodinson |
After a good nights sleep in the lodge, Ivar heads out to the docks to rent a boat that can handle sailing and anchoring near the Pallid Bluffs.
Hey drbuzzard, do you want to RP the boat rental or just narrate it, which ever you want.
Once he acquires the boat he heads back to the lodge and asks the team members, "Have we sent our animal messenger? If not we can do that on the way if we want to."
Once the group is ready he leads them back to the boat and attempts to sail it to the Pallid Bluffs.
just in case

Malok, the East Wind |
"I will take care to the spell then.."
The next morning Malok prepares animal messenger and sends it to old priest with a rolled scroll requesting an auidence with him to discuss a business proposal.

You are able to rent a boat easily enough and row out to the cliffs. You luckily get there at high tide (because the module says so). However while high tide does get you clear of all the rocks, so you can land, it also means bigger waves crashing on the shore.
You are able to land the boat, and it has a small anchor with which to keep it there so you can take it back to Sargova.
Need perception checks.

"Otherwise use your axe to chop them into manageable pieces so they fit the pot." Dargorath suggests.
