Getting there you see four people (Garnudis) with torches and satchels from which they seem to be taking out flasks of alchemist fire (you've seen it before).

Through your keen powers of observation and uncanny deductive reasoning skills, you realize they are probably arsonists.

The fact that the warehouse is on fire does help with your conclusion.

The situation well in hand Malok moves to try and put the fires out, casting create water to dump 8 gallons of water on the closests fire..


Dino hits. Malok makes a good start at putting out the fire.

In one module I played in we were confronted with a building on fire and the module simply assumed we wouldn't have means to put it out. Doing calculations I figured that my character who was 8th level at the time, made enough water with create water to be roughly comparable to a fire hose. I think the module writer wasn't capable of math.
