where is Lalali on the map in reference to the buildings on the maps? Are there more baddies in 'A1'?

Ivar quickly makes sure the building is secure, and then checks the baddies bodies for anything of value.

You see no more baddies in the building. They are pretty poorly equipped (leather and clubs) with nothing more than a few copper and silver coins.

I cast Fog Cloud first round Buzz, between the boss the the archers, buy my init was after everyone so I think my action just went off?


Yes, you cast it after the archers shot, it you now get foggy.
