remove one Aspis from each wave
Injuries: Kamektah 11 hp, mercenaries 10 hp, hyena 9 hp, Zaril AC 17
While you prepare for the upcoming fight you hear voices coming closer "Bastard kobolds and their stupid traps. Childish play of reptiles." one of them shouts.
Cahtryn's net trap needs more than one round. I imagine her being on the bridge above the room, looking down, holding the net tight to drop it as soon as somebody gets below her? Is that correct? The Aspis come in the same way you came, meaning through the door in the southwest corner of the room and there is no ramp or anything to get up, the stairs lead to the bridge.
And please set up your character's positions in the room. The guardian is calculated in the defense points you collected during this scenario, he will not actively take part in the fight.

Beorin will stand with Tariq.

Ok, putting Irisus 30 ft. from the door, hiding Radagast around the corner, Beorin and Tariq are at the stairs while Cathryn waits for an Aspis agent to get close enough to drop her net.
Shortly after you took your positions you see the Aspis agents entering the temple hall, they already look injured and sickened.

"Such a waste!"
Shaking his head sadly, Radagast steps forward, and, completely ignoring the goons, goes after the leader-type at the back.
Technically, this will provoke from blue, but since they are flat-footed, it will only matter if he has combat reflexes.
MW Cold Iron Scythe: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 6 + 1 = 16, for 2d4 + 6 ⇒ (4, 3) + 6 = 13 damage.
He then gives the hyena a cheerful grin.
"I don't suppose that you want to be my friend?"

"For your sakes, you should all surrender."
Beorin remarks upon seeing his companion fell the leader with one blow.
Intimidate, even if I can't do it very well. 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 1 = 21

Realising something, irisus retreat 30 ft and shoot a beam of light at the hyena.

Cathryn watches with amazement as Radagast defeats the leader in one swing.
What a group. They have no need of my protection. They have no need of me at all.
Intimidate assist check: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (1) + 0 = 1
-2 for her lousy charisma, but +2 for her being a half-orc.
"You are already ill and now your leader has fallen. Surrender is most logical."

"Do you mean Kamekta? She's only the leader of our group! There are more to come, together with our real leader!" one of the Aspis shouts back.
"Sht! They must not know this!" another one shouts back, looking a bit pale.
While Beorin tries to intimidate one of them Irisus shoots a magic missile at the hyena. Cathryn, still holding the net, tries to help Beorin convince the Aspis pack to retreat.
The hyena rushes after Irisus and growls.

Perception: 1d20 - 4 ⇒ (15) - 4 = 11 +3 to AC.
Cathryn continues until she reaches Irisus' enemy, then she attacks in her defensive style. She is, of course, more interested in protecting Irisus than harming the poor beast, but at least now it has something else to go after.

Tariq shoots at the Aspis in blue and hits. The man drops to the ground. Radagast attacks the one in front of the door and cuts off one of the man's arms. The floor is covered with blood, but the man is still standing, although he starts to sweat and looks really pale. Irisus hurls a magic missile at the hyena next to him.
If Cathry really forgot her attack bonus (+2?) that would actuall hit.

I think I've been doing her math wrong. She has -1 to attack and + 1 to AC when she uses her Combat expertise, which she nearly always does. And a further -4 because she fights defensively, but with a +2 to AC. This results in a +3 to AC and -5 to attack. But you guys may be right. I'd forgotten that she does get a base attack bonus, so adding in her strength score (12/+1), I should have only been -3ing her attacks, not -4ing.
Attack: 1d20 - 3 ⇒ (15) - 3 = 12
Damage (if any): 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
She continues her attempt to protect Irisus, and herself, with her scimitar.

Seeing that the fight has gone out of the one-armed Aspis agent (or if Tariq drops him!), Radagast charges off after the Hyena.

Tariq shoots another arrow at the wounded Aspis scum. He hits and Radagast lands the final blow on the hyena, dropping it to the ground.
