I have the hero's complete - Valeros, Merisiel, Seoni and Kyra.

I have completed the Vark's thug minions, and Soller Vark himself. Need to finish the Rhagodessa.

I have most of the NPC's loaded on a map in TtopRPG, and may be posting screenshots as it adjusts. Haven't decided if it is worth the trouble.

I've started the campaign.

I am now working on building the second encounter, likely under Parrot Island.
