until you make a hostile action or 2 hours are up., its basically a less powerful ring of invisibility, as its not unlimited.

Felix retrieves his katana from the dwarf, the gleaming blade matched by the gleam in his eyes. "I thank you, my good dwarf. You are truly a man of much skill" He returns the blade to its sheath at his belt before returning to the others.

I know i've been using the nodachi more than katana recently but as Felix levels I intend to have him focusing into the katana so if that's ok I'll have that enchanted xD. Also can we assume the medics have healed everyone back up? Otherwise I'm still one step from falling over xD

Arryn leaves the armoury and heads back to where he and the group are staying. He activates his ring and practices sneaking through the hallways.

As Felix returns to their rooms that day, he could swear that while walking through the hallway, his footsteps echo strangely, like somebody purposefully stepping out of time with him. As he looks about, somebody, or something, gently breathes in his ear.

Startled, Felix instinctively spins around, the back of his gauntleted fist hurtling about head height in an arc around him into the area directly behind him.

Normally DM would handle miss-chance but since we're just fooling around...going for < 50% is a hit

Felix's hand encounters resistance of some sort and he hears a grunt come from thin air. Quickly backing a few steps away from the source of the sound he draws his katana. "Who goes there?" he challenges the elusive target.

The voice sounded familiar. "Arryn? What the devil are you doing? And why the hell can't I see you?" Felix asked, not exactly sure where the voice was coming from having only his voice to point out his location. "Besides, it's your own damn fault for sneaking up on me like that." Felix said as he sheathed his sword. "Just be happy it was my fist and not my blade." Felix looked around for a few seconds...

Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7Lulz...

...before grumbling inaudibly to himself and leaning against the wall of the corridor. "Mind coming out where I can see you? Its strange talking to thin air, don't you know."

Then it seems as if he suddenly remembered his situation.

To which a distant shout responds

Felix looked crossly at Dart. "Having some woman troubles, eh? You just don't know how to stay out of trouble do you?" he asked, still annoyed by the man's cockiness. "If we must work together so be it, but do try to avoid falling asleep in the middle of toxic mushrooms this time."

Of course Rockjaw IS a dwarf, he has a high con score and he IS rather known for his singleminded forwardness :) his plan of keep going is set, but if you guys want to rest you will have to convince him (not too hard)

hmmm, if what the maps said were correct, its usually a 2 day travel for caravans, but we have been moving quite a bit faster than that. I would wager we would reach the town by early morning. say 2-3 am. assuming no trouble on the road.

Felix shook his head. "Arriving that early in the morning would simply make finding a place to stay nearly impossible and would put an unnecessary burden on our bodies. I'd rather arrive as ready for action as we can be."

Bill nods, resigned to a night not in a bed. He wasn't fond of camping as a rule. This reflected the outdoor activities he endured when he was in priestly training. Never much fun. Just uncomfortable sleeping, and odd noises. But it wasn't worth arguing over.
So where shall we stop. Don't suppose there is an inn nearby he said, his voice hopeful.

There are small camping areas all down the road, but its a small town and the only Inns are for those going to the city. so you would be roughing it.

I can make the bigger one for 125gp, the other one I do not have a recipe for yet. But will keep an eye out for you. Sure. I can make a few.

So 1 enlarge and 4 CLW potions. 100gp from own funds and if rocky gives me 125. Otherwise another 125 and ill get it from big guy later

That's enlarge person at CL5. Not sure you need that. CL1 is usually fine for that spell.

Felix sets up rocks in a circle for an impromptu fire pit and piles up the wood in an easy to light format before setting down with his flint and steel to light the leaves he had gathered on fire. With a few strokes a small flame leaps up from within the dried plants and slowly but surely the tinder begins to catch. Not long after there's a decent blaze going as darkness begins to fall. Felix lays out his bedroll between the fire and a nearby tree before sitting down and resting his back against the solid trunk.

"Ah, nothing better than a night out under the stars.

Stone goes and gathers firewood for the fire by taking his hammer to a tree and bashing it down the old fashoned way. He then gathers up some stones and large rocks, making a "comefortable" bed for himself. He then goes about setting snares for rabbits and other varmin before settling down next to the fire, warming his hands.
I agree there Felix. Cept bein down below tha earth in a nice cave miles below an havin bedrock all aroun ya. This be right easy liven it is. he grumbles solomly
