I will do better but I have to be quick when I am using the phone....
Okay, got it. In that case you don't need to use full sentences; something like "attack blue" would be fine. I'll move your token to where I think you mean.
Rig moves up to the tent. He notes that the door to the jeweller's shop is slightly ajar. There are a number of glazed windows on the front of the building, but they are all quite small, too small for a human to fit through.
Rig: You have taken the free action to maintain your performance and made a 20' move. If you want you still can A: move right up to the door (a double move), B: use your standard action to make an attack against the unconscious blue goblin (AC will be 7 as he is helpless), or C: use your standard action for something else.

* Kargas is up.
* Colvyn, Cade, Floredana, Laurana go after the civilians, but since the actions of the civilians are no longer likely to impact the battle, you can go ahead and post now. I will resolve all the civilians after I see that Kargas has gone.
* FYI the Green goblin is considered to have cover.
* The building the green goblin is in has a large door marked with a white bar. Opening the door would be a move action. The sign above the door indicates that it is the shop of a guilded jeweler.

Kargas Stormscar |

Kargas can't deny the sense of pride that rises in his breast at the dusky-skinned man's speech, but it missing a little something. "Also they're ugly and dumb!" he roars approvingly. The half-orc also looks comically pleased at Flor's compliment.
Bringing his falchion to bear, Kargas advances on the goblin in the house, dispatching the wretch with a disdainful swipe of his heavy blade.

"He's calling for backup. You two, get in there!" Colvyn looks at the Half-Orc and Halfling while he talks. Then he turns his attention to the goblin again. Raising his bow, he aims at the goblin's head, hoping to finish him this time. Again the arrow fly on target, but Colvyn isn't sure if it was enough to put down the enemy.

Rig runs the goblin on the ground through. The pool of blood around the goblin expands quickly. Not actually dead but he won't last another round.
Colvin takes aim and shoots the goblin in the second-story window. The goblin goes flying back and Colvyn thinks he got the goblin in the head.
Colvyn: You may also take a move action if you wish.
Kargas may retake his round 3 action.
The two guardsmen manage to get clear of the mob only to find that all the goblins in the square are dead. The square is now virtually deserted; the only civilians remaining within the square are those seeking shelter in the cathedral.

Laurana did not see any further threats nor hear any. Moving excitedly, "Thank you so much strangers for your aid to my little town. We have known are lot of trouble but nothing like a full on raid by goblins." She was about to continue but could see the others still focused on the jeweler's shop. "What? Are there more in there?" totally oblivious to the still looming threat but wanting to be part of the seriousness.
Move 30 to where she is now on the map.

Kargas Stormscar |

Pretty sure I've have hit even if I'd thrown the falchion
Glancing around the half-orc rests his bloody weapon on his shoulder and looks a trifle disappointed. "What, no ogres? No cavalry on those stupid rat-dog things? Pah!"
Striding towards the guards, he casually stabs one of the goblins as he passes by just to be sure. "Got any more for us, fellas?"

Floredana Mandulescu |

"I live in Sandpoint too, but let's make sure the area is clear before we drop our gaurd! One goblin in the window could mean any number are left inside."
Flo easily makes it to the door and throws it open for the others. Hopefully any damages are minimal...

Some shouting can be heard from inside the house.

Laurana Kanan |

My mistake on both accounts.
"I live in Sandpoint too, but let's make sure the area is clear before we drop our gaurd! One goblin in the window could mean any number are left inside."
"I am so sorry, I have seen you around town. My apologies for not recognizing you. And for not talking to you before." Laurana's cheeks started to turn a rosy shade of read from her embarrassment.
But then a total change in her thinking occurred, as if something dawned on her, those around could tell she was very flighty, "I think there might be something more in there." she indicated with a point from the end of her bow. "I'm really not the breaching doors kind of gal. If one of you goes first, I will follow though."

Rig Veda |

if we're out of initiative order, Rig would volunteer to open the door

Cade Goodbarrel |

Cade looks over at the ratfolk. A look of confusion and fear washes over his face.
You want me to go in there first...alone, as in by myself?
Then he smiles nice and big
Take point, I am fine with that.
He start to move towards the door and at about the time that he was going to sheath his Main Gauche, Flo opens the door for him. He nods his head at her.
Thank you my lady.
He looks over at Kargas with his bright smile. He points to the building that he is walking towards.
Kargas we still need to clear this building, I am on point and you just volunteered for second.
He then looks from the big Half Orc to the City Guards.
Guardsmen, I thank you for your service and would ask you to look in on the civilians that ran into the cathedral. Please and thank you.
Just before Cade gets to the door he looks back at the the others that have come to the defense of the civilians.
Anyone else that wishes to join us...by all means follow Kargas and I.
He starts humming a little tune as he enters the door with both weapons drawn and ready to defend himself from multiple targets.
Cade is moving inside the building. The tune he is humming is "In the Hall of the Mountain King" I did a double move to get to the location that I am at right now.
Cade stops humming for a few seconds as taps his weapons together..
Gnomes, Come out to play
He then continues to hum his song.

Kargas Stormscar |

"Well if it were a goblin it'd be on fire already, the little blighters are in love with the stuff." Still, Kargas wanders over holding his falchion low and ready, following Cade through. "This arrangement would make more sense if the green halflings weren't your size, dancer," he grumbles.

Probably, but then your main melee weapon would be on the second floor of the house.
Striding towards the guards, he casually stabs one of the goblins as he passes by just to be sure. "Got any more for us, fellas?"
The guardsmen look at Kargas nervously.
"There's goblins all over town! Some of us got sent south to the bridges! They could be anywhere! If they start setting fires we're in big trouble!"
He then looks from the big Half Orc to the City Guards.
Guardsmen, I thank you for your service and would ask you to look in on the civilians that ran into the cathedral. Please and thank you.
"Y-yes, that's a good idea. The cathedral is made of stone. They'll never burn that down!"

Rune GM |

if we're out of initiative order, Rig would volunteer to open the door
We are still in initiative order for now.
Cade steps into the building. As Cade enters, he notes that it looks like the lock to the door was destroyed from the inside.
He is in the showroom of the jeweler's shop. There are display cases, but they are empty. There is a fireplace to the east but it is cold and no fire is lit. There is a dead cat on the floor. It has been stabbed several times and three of its legs have been chopped off. They are nowhere to be seen.
To the north and to the east are doors which are open. The door to the east looks particularly strong.
Beyond the door to the north he can see a set of stairs going up and a pool of blood on the floor which stretches out of sight to the left. Beyond the door to the east he can see a room and a large metal door on the far wall. A goblin crouches in front of the door, trying to work the lock.
The map for the interior of the house is to the right of the main map. Areas that are not yet visible are covered.
Cade: The goblin has not noticed you yet, though you suspect any appreciable noise (such as normal speech) will alert it to your presence. So it is flat-footed.

Kargas Stormscar |

True, true, but such a stylish disarm!
Rolling his eyes at the guard's histrionics, Kargas turns back and follows Cade into the house, his longer legs quickly eating up the distance. Spotting the goblin, he grunts and passes the halfling by, looming over the goblin. "What so exciting about the other side of this door?" he asks it.
Double Move

Rig Veda |

Rig enters the building, perhaps a bit more cautiously than the halfling. Disturbed by the trail of blood, he investigates it in the hopes that someone may still be alive.
double move, 1st one I already took, if you could move me appropriately to see where the blood leads for the second; oh and no longer performing

Laurana Kanan |

I lied, she will take another 30 foot move to get near the door.
She watched as the others filed in and wondered what they would find inside. Making her way near Flo, she questioned, "Do you think someone should stay outside, in case something gets flushed out?"

Rune GM |

Kargas moves into a room that is clearly a workroom of some kind. The door to the room has clearly been forced open from the showroom side.
Small tools are arrayed along the east wall and on the workbench in front. Crucibles and molds and other metallurgical apparatus are assembled on the center table, and a large furnace (which is not lit) dominates the west wall. Some small 1' wide windows on the south wall let in light but the windows have bars in the shape of a cross preventing any use other than illumination.
In addition to the metal door the goblin is working on, there are two other metal doors in this room. Since this is a jeweller's shop, it stands to reason that the metal doors may be vaults or safes of some kind.
The goblin is working at the metal door with a crowbar, with very little success. He is startled when Kargas speaks, and jumps about a foot in the air, but then he snarls and swings his crowbar at Kargas.

The goblin bashes Kargas in the knee.

Rig moves into the north room. It seems like some kind of spartan longe or dining room. There is a cast-iron stove in the western corner (which is not lit). There are two doors on the east side and a staircase going up. The windows on this side of the building are still small but not quite as small as the ones to the south.
However, several of the windows have been smashed in and there is glass on the floor. The north door was obviously forced open. And in the middle of the room lies a dead man, lying face down. He is wearing studded leather armor and has a longsword still in its scabbard. He has several arrows in his back and is also badly burned.
Rig: You can end your move pretty much anywhere in the room except where the stove or the table are.

"Your council is wise, but I think there are enough guards out there that we should be ok!" Flo steps into the house, starknife still in hand.

Colvyn "Slick" Dashtail |

Colvyn studies the wall to the second story window. Humm... I don't think I can easily climb that. He then notices the guards behind him. "There are goblins on the second floor of this building. Make sure nothing escapes by this window. I'll go join the other inside." He doesn't wait for an answer, and moves inside with the rest of the group. Once inside, he looks for the stair going up.

Also, good shot Kargas!

Cade Goodbarrel |

Cade watches as Kargas walks over to the Goblin.
What the....exciting about a door? Really, Come on Kargas you can do better than that...
he continues to smile as he makes his way to the steps and ascends them.
I have an additional 10 feet of movement left but I am not sure where the second floor begins.
There is noise coming form upstairs. I am going to check it out.
In game mechanics my character can not do this but to me it is just too cool to let slide...and it is funny. This is because his actions come after I have moved.

Rune GM |

Floredana rushes in to the workshop and slashes at the goblin, dealing it a serious wound. The goblin screams.
"Aaaaack! Get away from me crazy blue woman!"
Laurana examines the body on the floor.
Colvyn enters the shop, but not before telling the guards to watch the window. The one with the crossbow takes aim in that direction. The other guard uses his halberd and delivers a coup-de-grace to one of the unconscious goblins (Yellow).
Cade rushes up the stairs and makes it to the top. Ascending stairs takes double the normal amount of movement. On the second floor on either side of the stairs he sees a pair of bedrooms. To the southeast there is a large area that looks like both a living room and dining room. Cade can see a goblin there chasing a house cat.
Perception: 1d20 + 1 - 7 ⇒ (14) + 1 - 7 = 8

Kargas shouts at the goblin and cleaves him in half with his falchion. The goblin corpse is thrown against the with a loud *SPLAT!*, and goblin viscera runs down the wall to pool on the floor.

Rig will not be able to act on this as it takes place After Rig's action:
The group begins to hear a song coming from the northwest. It is fairly faint, though those in the northwest room on the ground floor can hear it pretty clearly through the broken windows.
It is a song!
Goblins chew and goblins bite,
Goblins cut and goblins fight.

Laurana didnt know him very well but he deserved a better death than at the hand of a goblin. But just as she was finding tears for this man, she heard the song and what she saw scared her. Quickly calling out for the others, "Everyone! A group of goblins have trapped some villagers." She moved her right hand while she gripped her bow while chanting, calling upon the magic that would protect her from the fight that was coming. When the incantation was done, she moved out the door and towards the villagers.

Dodging Panache (Ex): At 1st level, when an opponent attempts a melee attack against the swashbuckler, the swashbuckler can as an immediate action spend 1 panache point to move 5 feet; doing so grants the swashbuckler a dodge bonus to AC equal to her Charisma modifier (minimum 0) against the triggering attack. This movement doesn’t negate the attack, which is still resolved as if the swashbuckler had not moved from the original square. This movement is not a 5-foot step; it provokes attacks of opportunity from creatures other than the one who triggered this deed. The swashbuckler can only perform this deed while wearing light or no armor, and while carrying no heavier than a light load.

Floredana: Even with a 40' move, one move action is not enough to get you outside the house. I have put you as far as you could get in one move. Kargas is 35' away and therefore out of range for your bit of luck. So you could target someone else with it (Laurana or Colvyn or yourself) or you could take a second move action (or do something else).
Cade runs the goblin through; the goblin collapses with a sigh.
He steps five feet to place himself in a better position to strike.
Cade: Because of your dodging Panache ability you should already have been in this square (it was the only eligible square). Thus a 5' step is not necessary and if you want you can still move - to use the rest of your action to move back down the stairs (or open the window if you plan to jump out).
Round 6 Initiative:
Goblins: Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Magenta
Colvyn
Cade (has move action left)
Floredana (has standard action left) - bless expires round 10
Laurana
Goblins: Purple (-8, dying), White, Black
Rig Veda
Kargas (-1)
Civilians
Cade and Floredana can finish their actions and Rig is up. Rig: if you do a double move you could get to any one of the three squares behind Kargas.

Floredana Mandulescu |

Realizing Kara is further away than she thought, she gently rests her hand upon the small ratfolk before here. A swarm of softly glowing butterflies rest on his bow. "Desna guides your arrow, help those people!"
_____
My bad, I counted it out as though I was leaving through the South door! I now realize that would take me to the guards...

Rig Veda |

Hearing the commotion outside (or at the very least seeing the halfling rush back down the stairs), Rig moves back down the stairs and out the back door.
double move, I think I can make it out next to Laurana

Rune GM |

Moving down the stairs is done at normal speed; only going up takes double movement. Also I'm willing to say that the railing is low enough that you can make a diagonal move off the lower part of the stairs into the room below. So I moved both you guys as far as you could go.
Floredana gives Colvyn a blessing.
After dropping the last goblin in the house, Cade rushes down the stairs, only to have Rig run past him and out the door.
The goblins keep singing, though only the one to the right (black) seems to know all the words.
Three of the goblins (red, yellow, blue) rush forwards and shoot arrows at Kargas.
Blue: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 111d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Red: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 181d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Yella: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 221d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Kargas is struck twice!
Kargas: 7 damage.
The other goblins (green, magenta) try to watch the civilians and the party at the same time, otherwise doing nothing (delay). The civilians stand still, watching the goblins.
Round 7 Initiative:
Goblins: Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Magenta
Colvyn - bit of luck (roll any d20 twice and take better result)
Cade
Floredana - bless expires round 10
Laurana
Goblins: Purple (-8, dying), White, Black
Rig Veda
Kargas (-8)
Civilians
Colvyn, Cade, Floredana, and Laurana are up!

Colvyn "Slick" Dashtail |

Looking up at the Undine, Colvyn smiles. "Will do Lady"
He steps outside of the house and aims at the closest goblins. He releases the hoping for a hit, but for a moment, he is not sure is the arrow pierce the goblin's armor.
Attack Bit of luck1: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 6 + 1 = 13
Attack Bit of luck2: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 6 + 1 = 13 What was the odd of that!
Damage, just in case: 1d6 ⇒ 6

Laurana Kanan |

Laurana moved to get a line of sight of her target, the one that just pin cushioned the half-orc. She lined up her shot and just before she let loose, she saw herself in third person, her arrow flying true. Smiling, she fired.
move 15 to the left
foresight: 1d20 ⇒ 17
attack yellow w/ MW shortbow +5 (1d6+0): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 201d6 ⇒ 4
save the d20 in case I need it later in the round
