Since Tamarie was the one to suggest the idea of catching the thief, I feel it is she who should lead or bring up the discussion re the plan on how to do it and what will happen if the thief is caught.
Achlys is concerned about the mysterious girl in the infirmary at present and I had her mention that to Agramayme before retiring, healing herself and sleeping.
If Tamarie wants to retcon a little before everyone goes to bed, I'm willing to have Achlys join in the retcon.
