*Sends intercontinental hugs*

Percy Silvershaper |

I'm sending "I've been there" hugs.

Allie Silvershaper |

Aw Ered. Im sorry to hear that! Take all the time you need. More hugs from Florida! <3

Eredhaias Malynneil |

Well, we tried treatment. She rallied on Saturday, but on Sunday, her body began being overwhelmed by the disease. I won't go into details or specifics (send me a message if you want that), but I took her Monday for a second opinion at a different vet. FIP was confirmed, and I was gently told that there truly was not much to be done. They could either stretch her out for a few days, or we could put her down today.
So I did the tough decision and put her down. We had several of my friends and my dad there with me, which was a great help. I cried and am still crying on and off. It's going to be a truly tough day tomorrow.
I'm going to try and post tomorrow, but if I'm needed before then, please bot me.

Dood...

Add I said in the other thread, my thoughts and are with you, man.

Finding the loot, I remembered that we still have to pay fir those things back in the village and get the list up and running again: we started doing it some weeks ago, but didn't finish that.
So, as I'll have most of the day off, I'll try to finish it today.
First thing to account for are the 10.000 G in barter that we did in Waldsby: we where at about 7500 G, still 2500 off the mark. Going over the loot by that point again, I found another couple of things that we could sell:
Ice Floe Elixir x1 +1125 G
Scroll of Threefold Aspect x1 +350 G
Potion of Endure Elements x8 +200 G
That brings us to a total of 9297 G. While I'm sure that we could find something else to sell, those three were the only ones I was fairly sure that we could bin: for now, would it be okay for the three that bought the items (Lyosha, Mamushka, and Allie) to split the remaining G to reach 10.000? It would be 235 G each.
Basing myself on that, I'll start compiling the loot sheet. I have a couple of errands to do, but it should be done in 2-3 hours.

Lyosha Neverhome |

Why don't you save Threefold Aspect so you can feed it to Crow later?

Zsestrian Raven |

Aaaand done!
I've written down everything except for the things that we've bartered in Waldsby, but I couldn't write who picked what of every items (okay, barely any item): I compiled the one I was sure about, but I don't have the strength to go trough 2000- posts in gameplay and discussion to find who used what. D:
If everyone can give me an hand and write on the sheet what item they picked (I've used initials in the "Holder" column for now) and if they used it (no idea how to write that down: maybe write it here and then update the sheet?), we can finally sort things out. :D
After that, we can finish splitting the consumables to know who has what.
@Lyosha: Eh, I thought that finally closing that debt was more important than an extra spell known. :P

Lyosha Neverhome |

But what if Allie really likes Silver Foxes?

Zsestrian Raven |

But what if Allie really likes Silver Foxes?
New plan guys! We gotta sell the slaygon to get back on schedule!
You know, priorities.By the way, does the sheet work? Is it viewable/editable?

Percy Silvershaper |
1 person marked this as a favorite. |

*Slap* I may let you near my sister, but don't you ever speak of selling the Slaygon again! :P

I still say we should add a bar and grill.

Percy Silvershaper |

Totally. I think Silence said that was on the list somewhere.

Hobbes 'Rat Trap' Bitterleaf |

We need to find someone who can pimp our wagon.

Sigrun Jagrsdottir |

The rings of Feather Falling sound like a great failsafe when climbing giants to kill them Kratos style.

Lyosha Neverhome |

True dat... And dragons!

Zsestrian Raven |

Anyone looked at the sheet? An hand for the consumables? I could dig up the posts no problem, but it'll take me some time.
By the way, we all get 105 G from the coin we got.

Lyosha Neverhome |

It looks good to me :3

Hobbes 'Rat Trap' Bitterleaf |

Looks fine.

Vashti Amela |

Sorry about the low posting rate, work has been hitting me with 12-13 hour days and other drama has drained my mental resources badly. Things should be improving...I hope!

Percy Silvershaper |

Good to go boss.

Lyosha Neverhome |

Yep.

Hobbes 'Rat Trap' Bitterleaf |

Lets go.

Hila the Orphan |

Woof! That means go.

Zsestrian Raven |

Ready!

Allie Silvershaper |

Meh.. XD

Lyosha Neverhome |

Ooo got confirmation email for Unchained and Heroes of the Wild, can't wait to get home :3

Percy Silvershaper |

You mean Pathfinder Unchained? With the class re-hashes? Ooooo. I've wanted to see what they did.

Lyosha Neverhome |

okies, Im interested in the variant mutlicalssing myself, instead of taking a dip and throwing off your progression you give away half of your character feats to a gain a suite of abilities from the class :3

Percy Silvershaper |

Interesting... you must keep us informed. :)

Lyosha Neverhome |

Interesting... you must keep us informed. :)
One of the things I've seen talked about in the product discussion thread is the ability to overclock your spells by attempting a Spellcraft check, fail though...

'Silence' |

That reminds me of the wheel of time games casting rules with the one power and aes sedai.
you were out of level 4 weaves but really needed that fireball, cool cool just dont mess up the casting roll, mess up the casting roll well hope you dont flub the save vs ouch.
Had a friend who cut themselves off from being able to cast magic forever that way cause they really really really thought they wanted to overchannel that fireball.

Lyosha Neverhome |

Okay since I'm biased I looked over the Unchained Barbarian first:
Gets static bonuses fram rage rather than modifying Abilities.
HP increase is temporary so you don't have to worry about dying when your rage ends, and is also based off your HD rather than your class level :3
Trap Sense renamed Danger Sense, provides same bonuses but also gives increasing bonus to Perception to avoid being surprised.
Some Rage Powers were altered and became stances that you activate and last the whole rage, don't know much about but saw that they buffed the Increased DR RP, it now gives +2 instead of +1 (Probably gonna make a very happy Sigrun...)

Lyosha Neverhome |

Okay after comparing pretty much all the rage powers got buffed:
Swift Foot gives +10ft, up to 3x
Mighty Swing auto-confirms a crit
Lethal Accuracy increases a Barbarian's Crit multiplier for the entire rage
Regenerative Stance you get first instead of Renewed Vigor and is always on during rage.
New one is Shove Aside which lets you charge through ally occupied squares :3
And Flesh Wound (Ex): Once per day, the barbarian can avoid serious harm from an attack. She attempts a Fortitude save with a DC equal to the damage that would be dealt by the attack. If she succeeds, she takes no damage from the attack. If she fails, she takes half damage from the attack and the damage is nonlethal. The barbarian must elect to use this ability after the attack roll is made, but before the damage is rolled. A barbarian must be at least 10th level to select this rage power.
Ground Breaker is a full on shockwave.

Lyosha Neverhome |

And they put a little note in DS so you can still use all Barbarian archetypes with the Unchained version :3
Danger Sense (Ex): At 3rd level, a barbarian gains a +1 bonus on Reflex saves to avoid traps and a +1 dodge bonus to AC against attacks by traps. In addition, she gains a +1 bonus on Perception checks to avoid being surprised by a foe. These bonuses increase by 1 every 3 levels thereafter (to a maximum of +6 at 18th level). This ability counts as trap sense for any feat or class prerequisite, and can be replaced by any archetype class feature that replaces trap sense. The bonuses gained from this ability stack with those gained from trap sense (if the barbarian has trap sense from another class).

Lyosha Neverhome |

Non barbarian related they've overhauled the crafting system, have multiple skill systems (background and adventuring, condensed), as well as applying perks if you have 5, 10, 15, and 20 ranks in a skill, for example (and Silence):
Ride
With sufficient ranks in Ride, you earn the following.
5 Ranks: Your mount gains a +2 bonus on Fortitude saves or Constitution checks to avoid becoming fatigued or exhausted. This bonus increases by 1 for every 5 ranks beyond 5 you possess in Ride.
10 Ranks: When you spur your mount, its speed is increased by 20 feet, and it gains a +2 bonus on Reflex saves and a +2 dodge bonus to AC.
15 Ranks: When an opponent targets you or your mount with a bull rush, drag, overrun, reposition, or trip combat maneuver while you are mounted, you can substitute the result of a Ride check in place of your (or your mount’s) CMD.
20 Ranks: When you spur your mount, its speed is increased by 30 feet, and it gains a +4 bonus on Reflex saves and a +4 dodge bonus to AC.

Zsestrian Raven |

I can't wait to read the whole book. *.*
Are the barbarian bonuses during rage untyped? I've also read that they've tried to make as much of the archetypes as possible work with the Barbarian, Rogue and Summoner. I guess that the Monk was left out because it's archetypes are already plenty strong as it is (I'm playing a Tetori half-succubus with Mythic rules and it's fuuuuuun! :D)

Lyosha Neverhome |

The Barbarian bonuses are untyped, and from what I've seen of the Monk it looks like a fully expanded Qinghong Monk that also has Full BaB and d10s.
