Leialoha is yelling for help!
Aurora Shadowbane |
If you want to live then you use your brain and let's lure them out. Silas has actually waited until they are closer before starting singing so as to not attract attention. He touches Leiahola retrieving the grease spell with a song about a King and a candlestick being sung out.
my version of living is destroy them before us, plus as they are guardians, military tactics say they are programed to stay at their post. Also, I stopped at the top of the stairs, but I had to charge to get up there quickly to cast my buff spells, now everyone is kinda hasted. If your singing is a +2 morale bonus, then it becomes a +4 bonus.
She saved my life, I will not let her die alone Ivar in debt to Aurora, follows her up the stairs, not nearly as fast as she is due to her spells. however fast he can move behind her, he is (extra 30 ft. of move, Blessing if you choose it.)
Can't maximize it also because its a 4th level slot. (you can caste any 2nd level spell as enlarged or extended at the moment for free, so the Barks skins are extended)
Initiative: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20
Perception to notice the cloud of dust is green.: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (17) + 9 = 26
Uraisa has probably done a heal check to tell hes poison as she guides him back, so I will cast Delay Poison (extended; target; creature touched, effects delayed a 2 hours a level); I have a heal spell if required, but later I can use heal skill with antidote kit to help.
With this blessing, you call your allies to move forth and empower them to conquer and become victorious. Each round for the duration of this spell, each of your allies can choose one of the following bonuses for that round at the beginning of its turn (their choice).
Increase its speed by 30 feet.
Stand up as a swift action without provoking an attack of opportunity.
Make one extra attack as part of a full attack action, using its highest base attack bonus.
Gain a +2 bonus on attack rolls and a +2 dodge bonus to AC and Reflex saves.
Cast a single spell of 2nd level or lower as if it were an enlarged, extended, silent, or still spell.
These effects are not cumulative with similar effects, such as those provided by haste or a speed weapon, nor do they actually grant an extra action, so you can't use it to cast a second spell or otherwise take an extra action in the round. Blessing of fervor does not stack with haste.

Delay Poison: The subject becomes temporarily immune to poison. Any poison in its system or any poison to which it is exposed during the spell's duration does not affect the subject until the spell's duration has expired. Delay poison does not cure any damage that poison may have already done.
I just discovered that Silas singing does not Inspire a bonus, as such, can Silas please steal either my Rage or Bless spell and cast it? That way I can cast prayer

Again, a DC 15 Acrobatics check is required to perform anything beyond a single move action on these steps. However, it is getting rather crowded up there for you to make more than a single move Ivar. Waiting on Oro-Tu and Beth.
Oro-Tu |
Oro-Tu is waiting to catch the greased guard as instructed. delay. If we are changing plans you guys need to inform me. I am now 100% confused.
Silas Frey |
As far as I know we're trying to blast acid into the Guardians then lure them to take down one before engaging the other and greasing them to make them easier to deal with.
Oro-Tu |
Then I should be up there so noone dies on the front line.
Oro-Tu moves into position, leaping up the stairs. acrobatics: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (16) + 20 = 36

She has heard enough of this and shoots the plant
rep heavy cb: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (15) + 12 = 27 damage: 1d10 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
rep heavy cb: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22 damage: 1d10 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
brvheart |
The plant moves forward and attacks Capt Mercy:
slam: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 10 = 24 damage: 1d8 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12 plus spores
brvheart |
Leialoha and Silas are up. Silas you need to make another Fort Save DC 18 (had the wrong save before this one is advanced and you have to save each round in the area).

Leialoha's acid ball would have gone off first:
reflex Guardian: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14
reflex Guardian: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
reflex plant: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14
brvheart |
reflex Capt mercy: 1d20 + 13 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 13 + 2 = 18
Well the good news is the plant is dead and with it its spores. The Guardians are badly damaged. The bad news is the acid ball caught the capt as well. She is on life support, but still up. Top of Round. Oro_Tu, Uraisa and Aurora are up
Oro-Tu |
Oro-Tu charges the guardian.
attack: 1d20 + 22 - 3 ⇒ (5) + 22 - 3 = 24
damage: 1d10 + 17 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 17 + 9 = 36
Was Leialoha not able to exclude the capn? I know he got a new maximize and selective rod, but I think when be originally was going to cast it it got delayed and he went after the capn
Oro-Tu |
Oro-Tu kicks it for good measure, growling and pointing the other one out to Ivar.
I know but I thought you got a rod or two with your share of loot? From 6/10 in discussion thread: "the DM handwaived the rods leialoha to speed things up (we owe the LG mage a favor instead of weird cat stevens guy). You should have both rods and the ring you wanted, so lets rock and roll"
brvheart |
He would not have seen it anyway. It was a spillover effect due her being in combat with the plant. She is not real concerned about it. Ok waiting on Aurora, but Ivar can go.
Ivar "Goldilocks" Theodinson |
I would love to go hit the last construct, however Ivar is 25 ft, from it and three people between it and he so charging is out, unless I missed something it looks like it's someone else's kill
not really concerned if the captain dies, but it would be bad form I guess Ivar moves 20 ft up the steps I assume this is a double move placing himself between the injured captain and the only standing creature. Shield and axe in hand, taking a defensive posture.
if moving up the stairs was not a double move he will take a standard action for total defense
