Aurk stands guard over lock picking, keeping an eye out for trouble but otherwise does nothing else.
I've noticed for about a week now, I will go to Submit Post and the post would not be made. I then would hit Refresh on by browser (some times many times) before the post actually shows up. There have been a few more errors that have popped up for the website also. Hate to say it, but Piazo's forums have started to mess up again. For a company like Piazo, this should be unacceptable with how many times the coding is screwed up.

After a couple of minutes Jaretti feels the satisfying click of the final tumbler falling into place. "Praise Abadar! Let's get out of here," Barengar says. AS you head back the way you came, you notice the door to the south west now stands open... you're fairly certain it wasn't just a couple minutes ago.

Upon seeing the door open, Rumple begins to feel panic rising in his chest. I'm the most likely target. Small and weak and unarmored. They'll pick me off from behind and no one will even notice. Walking partially backwards, he tries to keep up with Jaretti. (keeping back-to-back with Jaretti) Meanwhile, he pulls out a scroll of color spray, just in case.

Ankird, you're currently in the hallway with Rumple and the freed dwarven prisoners, who don't seem too keen about moving toward the combat they hear in the room ahead.
The Gearwright brothers Barengar and Peitros head back into the room with the prison cells. They look about the room and come up with a couple of improvised clubs, then back up to the nearest wall, standing side-by-side.
Meanwhile, Eroil and Struggler move up and attack. The thug crumbles under the onslaught of the duo.

Despite Eroil's misperceptions, you've only encountered humans thus far, other than the 2 dwarven captives and the sanguine ooze. There are no goblins.
Most of the party sees the door to the West open. Beyond is yet another of the Gilded Hands thugs, this one in a blue uniform. The human curses at seeing the party, then throws a capsule into the midst of the tiger, oracle and druid. It bursts into a cloud of noxious gas. The dwarf and aasimar have the sense to hold their breath, but the tiger snarls in alarm and sucks in the gas. As the gas quickly disappates, you see Eroil's animal companion lying on the ground, unconscious.

Aurk moves up and takes a swing and misses. Ankird hears the door directly east of Rumple open, and Rumple sees a strange woman dressed in local fashion--while mostly human in appearance, she has a feral look in her eye, and claws to match.. She has a number of pouches and a bandolier chock full of various vials and bottles. She curses like a Chelish sailor, then chucks a bomb at the dwarven sorcerer. It explodes, engulfing Rumple in flame and splashing all over Eroil and Dexus as well.
Then a Gilded Hand Rogue in a red uniform steps out and throws a capsule in the midst of the threesome beyond the door across the way. It shatters in their midst a familiar cloud fills the air. Rumple and Eroil crumple to the ground, unconscious. The rogue's smirk is short lived when he notices the halfling knight just down the hall. The dastardly fellow narrows his eyes and tightens his grip on his short sword.

Aurk's club slams into the rogue's shoulder, but the man remains on his feet. The fleet of foot halfling dashes over the many felled bodies in his path and lunges at the female alchemist. While he pierces her defenses, the blade skitters along her ribs, not inflicting much damage.
"Stupid little child! How DARE you damage my blouse!" she screams at Jaretti, then takes a five foot step back and tosses a bomb right in his face. Ankird manages to dodge much of the flames that splash in his direction.
AS the woman steps back, Jaretti notices a strange blue humanoid lurking in the shadows just inside the doorway to the north. She almost completely blends in with the background, but Jaretti's keen halfling senses were able to pierce her attempts at stealth. "Careful, the 'blue freak' is lurking just inside the door, waiting to gank the first person who enters the room!" Jaretti shouts in warning.

I have read about these. It is a Skrul. A humanoid creature that is good at blending in to the background. They are usually unpredictable evil creatures.

Dexus fires a bolt that passes over the head of Aurk...and the enemy.
Ankird boldly strides into the room to issue his challenge. Even as he moves up to the alchemist, the blue skulk's readied attack goes off. The skulk's short sword pierces deep, but the halfling knight is undaunted. He issues his challenge and strikes...but alas, his attack goes awry.
The blue-uniformed thug attacks the Aurk, but the dwarven druid's heavy defenses thwart his efforts.
"You found the blue freak?" You hear one of the dwarven brothers bellow. "Come brother, let us help destroy the vile thing."
The two of them come around the corner with their improvised clubs.

Ankird Technically speaking, the target of your challenge must be in sight. So the actual sequence would be:
move action: move up to alchemist. (This triggers readied action attack)
swift action: issue challenge
standard action: attack
This actually works in your favor, since the readied attack would be against your full AC before the challenge lowers it by 2 to any enemy who's not the target of your challenge. But it wasn't enough to stop the attack. Make sense?

While she doesn't have a clear line of sight into the room, she hears the sounds of battle and the flash of mystic bolts being flung about. She mutters a quiet curse, then nods at the skulk. She takes a 5' step away from Ankird, opens the door behind her and drinks an extract.

Ankirdbot heeds the advice of his fellow halfling. He withdraws away from the skulk and joins the party in the other room. In fact, he withdraws all the way back to Aurk, both to support him in his assault on the blue rogue...and perhaps because Aurk has the cure light wound wand that the SHeriff was kind enough to give to the party.
the door to the room with the skulk and the alchemist slams shut, and the blue thug attacks the druid. He spies an opening in Aurk's defenses and lunges...but he was wrong. The tanciturn dwarf is not so easily harmed.
The Gearwright brothers, having seen the party beat a hasty retreat, rethink their newfound bravery. "Did you lose sight of that creature already? Where is it?"
They scurry into the corner of the room the party is in, and stand back-to-back, jumping at any shadow that moves...

The blue-uniformed rogue crumples under Aurk's club. After taking a good look to make certain the thug is down, Aurk pulls out the wand of cure light wounds and takes a 5' step toward the center of the room.
Taking liberty with your remaining move action, Aurk, but with him down, figured you'd want to put it to use. Feel free to take a different action with your move action if you'd like.
