Struggler leaps forward and attacks, taking a big chunk out of the man's side with a ferocious bite.

Dexusbot steps into the room and hurls a mystic bolt at the clerk. Unfortunately, the clerk is a little too quick on his feet, and the bolt whizzes past his head.

Seeing the entire party arrayed against him, with a tiger literally chewing and swallowing a piece of his flesh, the clerk screams for help at the top of his lungs, then attempts to tumble over the desk, heading for the exit. Unfortunately for him, it provokes all sorts of opportunistic attacks from the party. The dwarven druid is the first to strike, knocking him unconscious and silencing his cries.

"We need to get out of here!" The odd little dwarf laments after hearing the poor man's shouts. With the bile of panic rising in his throat, Rumple pulls (and pushes) at the door behind him in hopes the we can get out of sight before it is too late.

Rumple throws open the door, and the lamplight beyond reveals a small room with file cabinets along the eastern wall, and a door in both the northern and western wall.

Glad the man was knocked out and not killed, thinking his companions are a built to bloodthirsty and afraid they might turn the sheriff against them if they kill an innocent.
"Not kill. Capture, question. Find killer to free circus." He looks harshly at his companions before moving into the next room.
Thinking someone else would be better looking in the filing cabinet, Aurk investigates the western door.

In the small room beyond the western door, Aurk sees boxes of old files and papers are stacked in one corner of this small room, opposite a half-dozen brooms and other cleaning supplies. The southwestern corner of the room has an open trapdoor in the floor. As he's looking, a human reaches up and slams the trapdoor shut with a curse.
Ankird hears harsh, furtive voices from beyond the door to the north.

Aurk points into the room to the west with his club and looks back at the others. "Door in floor. People hiding below."
Hearing the sound coming from behind the north door, Aurk is unsure which direction to go and decides to let others choose.

Trying desperately to regain his composure, the diminutive sorcerer puts his hands to over his ears and closes his eyes to think. "Park the kitty on the trapdoor, they aren't going anywhere and ladders are dangerous. Let's get through this door before they prepare an ambush"
He opens his eyes and takes his hands from his ears. He glances quickly at the party members he can see. If no one looks like they are about to say something, he'll throw open the north door, sickle in hand "Here's Johnny!".

The interior of this large building appears unfinished, with a wooden frame that could have housed two separate floors but is instead open to the roof like a barn. Sliding bay doors stand to the south, where a serviceable wagon is parked. Across the center of the warehouse, a catwalk hangs fifteen feet off the ground. Heavy items can be pulled up to the catwalk with ropes and a block and tackle. In the northeast and southwest corners, rooms have been framed in and walls erected. Shelving lines most of the walls, and crates and boxes are stacked in many places on the main floor.
Aurk immediately spots a couple of workers up on the catwalk. One of them calls down "What can I do for you, Johnny? Y'know we keep smaller knives around for opening the boxes...that sickle of yours seems a bit overkill."

As soon as Rumple gets within 5' of where they are standing up above on the catwalk, the man who wasn't speaking uses his foot to shove a huge ceramic pickle jar off the catwalk. It crashes at Rumple's feet, covering him with tiny globules of a strange gooey substance whose stench is strangely euphoric.
Even as Rumple is covered in the tiny globs of ooze, an unnoticed third man on the eastern platform of the catwalk fires his bow at Rumple. Fortunately for Rumple, the arrow misses its mark. Unfortunately for Rumple, the swarm of tiny oozes covering him begin to burn and sizzle, and the fumes threaten to overwhelm him.

Aurk enters the room, seeking cover on the far side of some shelves. As he crouches down a bit, he happens to notice he is standing on a concealed trap door.

Forgot to ask for save v Distraction, Rumple. (So many saves...) Another DC:13 Fort save or you're nauseated for 1 round as well. Also, you can take a 5' step out of the ooze at the end of your turn, if you make the save and still cast... Fail the save and you only get a move action.

Rumple may be curled up in a ball, laughing and throwing up at the same time, but at least he has triggered all (hopefully) of the traps and the rest of the party should be free to waltz in and kick ass.

Almost seems like euphoria and nausea should cancel each other out. I'm sick but I don't care. But I'm sick enough to not want to laugh about it either. ??? just kidding :)

Rumple heaves his guts out all over the ooze...and laughs hysterically at how he can't really tell the difference between what came out of him and the creature itself. He staggers back, having a good laugh along the way before composing himself once he's had a chance to clear his head.
Eroil attempts to stab the ooze swarm, and while her attack isn't particularly effective, it does damage the creature.
Dexusbot steps out of the door and attempts to blast the red archer with a mystic bolt, but can't quite find a good angle to return fire.

Can't crit a swarm, but since it is made up of tiny creatures, you can damage it with weapons. Eroil's piercing weapon does not appear to be fully effective, but she does do some damage. Rumple Nauseated means only move action available, but good news is that once you're clear of the ooze, both effects fade by the start of your next turn.

Centimere begins bearing his master into the fray, but seeing there is no clear path to reach the strange swarmy collection of tiny oozes, Ankirdbot directs his faithful steed behind the cover of some tall shelving units near his compatriots, as he pulls out his sling and loads it.
The red archer shrieks in sympathy and horror as the ooze lurches forward, attempting to envelop Eroil and Dexus. Eroil frantically seizes upon the opportunity to stab at as many of the tiny oozes as he can...His attack manages to destroy a lot of the little oozes, but the diminished swarm finishes moving over the two pathfinders
All 3 thugs reflexively blanch at the sight of the strange ooze as it moves about, clearly unnerved by the creature. But The Red Archer shoots at Dexus--you almost wonder if he does it out of sympathy, trying to end Dexus misery before the creature can make him suffer even more. The other two thugs pick up shortbows laying by their feet, take a 5' step to the east and attempt to shoot at Aurk. Their aim has obviously been effected by the unnerving creepy ooze.

Aurk takes a 5' step backward to get some cover from the archers as he begins summoning some help.
Ankird's stone skitters through the ooze, smashing it to bits and causing it to disperse.
Eroil starts heaving up all over the remaining bits of the ooze even as he stumbles toward the ladder, nauseated for 1 round, which Dexus finds absolutely hilarious, laughing so hard he's staggered. And when he tries to move, Dexus discovers he's also entangled by the sticky ooze, which is even more hilarious. Still, he decides to unleash a mystic bolt at the red archer...perhaps it'll cause even more hilarity to ensue. Unfortunately, all that laughter seems to have thrown off his shot...which he still finds mildly amusing until the euphoric fumes finally wear off.
The archers shake their heads, baffled at the strange goingson below them. But with a shrug, they unleash another volley. One of the arrows strikes Ankird, piercing deeply into the top of his shoulder.

Aurk finishes his chanting and a giant centipede appears on the walkway next to one of the goons. The giant centipede instantly strikes out at the goon, seeking to sink it's envenomed fangs in it.
