Eroil, Ankird, you're up. Note: I've moved everyone over to the second floor map, which shows the atrium. Stairs are not difficult terrain, but no run nor charge up them.
Rumple makes a show of trying to free himself from the goo, but once he's sure his party is focused on upstairs, he spends that last few seconds of his captivity to study the gore around him. The splatter pattern around the green thug is both extensive and informative.

Green dude was majorly splattered by AoOs.
You could move up and attack either guy at the top of stairs (though if you're still on stairs, they will have partial cover from railing).
Or you could move past the blue one and hope he doesn't have combat reflexes (or just not worry about that).
But no making a charge attack while moving up the stairs. Being indoors is often not conducive to lance attacks. :^)

Eroil flails about his spear, but it's just enough distraction for Struggler to mangle the enemy at the top of the stairs, sinking his teeth in deeply and shaking the rogue like a ragdoll over the indignity of piercing the fancy metal shirt his master had given him. Struggler's sense of disappointment is palpable when Eroil tells him to drop his new chew toy.
As Rumple double moves up to the party, he give a small bit of alchemical goo a curious lick. His face wrinkles in distaste, then he shrugs and turns his attention toward his first tiger-mauling victim.

Despite it being a Good sturdy door, the stolid dwarf druid manages to crash into it, breaking it down. Two whimpering children huddle in the SE corner of the room. Upon seeing Aurk smash down the door, they immediately begin wailing and screaming hysterically.
Mr Ponytail stands atop a children's bed in the NW corner. There's a grappling hook lodged into the windowsill next to him with a rope going out the window. He smirks at Aurk, his hand upraised.

I've never seen a man's limbs move like that. If he were alive, that would surely hurt... but then again, I'm sure the teeth ripping through his flesh might serve to distract him.

Jaretti, I ceased movement as soon as you entered room and were blinded. If you wanted to stumble further in while blinded, you can move yourself further in if you so desire...blindly tumbling up onto the bed would probably be foolhardy.

Dexus moves into the chamber, trying to position himself for an attack. Ponytail seizes upon the opportunity afforded him to lash out and attack. Apparently, being on top of a bouncy bed, while good to avoid certain rare types of magical assault, does seem to mess with martial efficiency.
But as much as the bouncing throws off his attacks, it also thwarts those assaulting him, as Dexus' mystic bolt misses the target, as does the sickening ray from Rumple. But Aurk's club manages to strike home with a solid thud.

Seeing Aurk standing at the window (and recognizing it's the real Aurk, given the twigs and leaves hanging from the tangled mess of hair on the back of his head), Ankird raises himself in his saddle and hacks off the lower half of the rope.
Ponytail lashes out at Jaretti with both of his swords, then takes a 5' step into the corner. The arrogance of his expression fades into desperation as he realizes his men outside didn't do nearly as good of a job softening you up as he'd hoped.

Dexus mystic bolt strikes home, and Ponytail seems none-too-happy with him. But the tiger leaps into the open space on the bed, cutting off Ponytail's avenue for revenge upon the warlock. Unfortunately, the halfling and the dwarf do not fare as well with their attacks, and your cornered enemy still has a couple of swords in his hands.
Tiger only received first attack, since he had to move 10 feet to get to enemy.

Ankird, you are on the ground floor. It's a second story window. The only person you can see at all is Aurk, who's directly inside the window. And even he would have cover from you (-4 to hit). You have no shot. You could ready an attack, with sling or sword, for when an enemy does appear in range of your attack. But you can't be making an attack from outside on the ground floor through a second story window.
