Tarquin, where does the +2 comes from, and don't you actually get a -2 from grappling?

The armor continues to try and take down the guard, but the latter lives to tell another day. The dinosaur takes out the man, who has babbled his last Terran words.

Taqruin releases the woman, and tries to take her down with a well-direction assault. She lasts for a bite and a claw, but the last claw takes her down.

With the last guardsman having a single hit point left, I'm calling combat over!

The threat has passed, and the Thread of Silver is still intact. With it, a valuable cache of lore has been made available to the society, all thanks to the brave defenders of Sharrowsmith's exports.

Aroden smiles the last two baddies fall (assuming they are human), taking his time to keep them alive. Cast Stabilize.

"These two might serve me in the future...after they have paid for what they have tried to do here. Man's laws are man's laws, after all," Aroden says dryly, removing any weapons, holy symbols, or spellpouches.

Aroden surveys the Lodge, looking at the blood and damage.

"Not sure why we stayed. We could have emptied this place and let them have it...and been gone with the book back to Absalom," Aroden shakes his head.

"Come Pathfinders, we must celebrate our victory."
