I've got more lower level character than high anyway. Especially sorcerers, since that's usually my favourite class (just because).
I've got one, Zájarthauk (another half-orc, of course), who is a level one crossblooded archetype. BUT that included the Orc bloodline from the Orcs of Golarion. Which may or may not be acceptable.
Otherwise, I've got a Half-Orc level two Skald or an Efreeti bloodline human level one sorcerer (not all my characters are half-orcs!).
I've got lots of low tier PFS characters to choose from, as well as those ones. Haven't had a chance to use most of them, though.
Male Human (Chelaxian) Cavalier 3 Arcane Duelist 1 | AC 21 (t 13) (ff 18) | F+6, R+6, W+4 | CMB +5 CMD 17 | Init +4, Per +0, SM +0 | speed 30 ft | Challenge 1/1 | Calling 2/4 | Tactician 1/1 | Fires of Hell 1/1 | Bardic Performance 13/13 | Spells: 1st 2/2 | HP 37/37
The Green Market is for levels 5-9. Ludovico is only 4th level. I have a 7th level cleric. Will that screw up low tier? If it does, I will gracefully bow out.

Male Elf Magus 2/Rogue (Unchained) 3 | - (Inactive)
The humblebundle campaign is constantly casting hold server to the boards xD
GM V, would it be possible to create a different campaign for the new scenario instead of continuing here?
It helps a bit to maintain things ordered on the campaigns tab, and saves previous players and new ones from having around stuff they have not been participating on.
Just a suggestion though, GM should always organize as it is most comfortable for himself :)
