A simple retrieval mission takes an unexpected turn when the Pathfinder Society learns a valuable treasure was under its nose — within the curious demiplane connected to the Hao Jin Tapestry. The descendants of the original owners have changed in the centuries since their sequestration, though, and initial attempts to parley have ended in failure. Can the PCs discover what became of this lost people and secure the relic they guard?

And as a heads up to everyone... Milo tends to talk almost entirely in slang (that I mostly make up as I go... though has some definite roots in old victorian england) so can be hard to understand sometimes.

That's usually intentional... is fun to RP, but a pain to write! Sometimes posts take me a while to compose =)

Jakarno has his own quirks, but he's always a team player!

Illusionist/Shadowcaster, and has some pretty good stealth and disguise abilities to boot. Not a lot of offensive magic for all that though.

Just a quick note on how I run my combats:

I'll roll and post the initiative order, but within each 'block' (as in if several of you are all going before the next enemey or thing) I don't care the order unless it matters or you choose to specify. Players currently acting are in bold

For example, if the Initiative looks like this:

Kikil
Frag
The biggest dragon ever

Milo
Fendel
Tomas

Grandmaster Torch
Baloo

then Milo, Fendel, and Tomas can all post an action. I find this helps keep combat moving in PbP as everyone tends to log on and post at different hours.

Going forward, if you are readying an attack in case of a specific condition, you can feel free to roll on in advance, either normally or in a [spoiler] tag.

Rules question...

So all I have left are 2 empowered fireballs in the 'big boom' department... which as far as I know, are still level 3 spells (even though they are prepared in level 4 slots).

So the lesser selective rod (level 3 or lower spells only) should still work?

(Though I'm admittedly loath to cast it, as it when it can end a fight so quickly. Last fight had the same problem!)

Wow! Gotta say I'm impressed with how we wheezed through what seemed like a non-trivial scenario.

Given that we are in Absolom, can he buy items that would aid his saving throw? Magical, Alchemical or otherwise?

Can I make a Heal check to improve his chance?

Heal: 1d20 + 3 + 1d6 ⇒ (17) + 3 + (3) = 23 If this is something we can do, hoping to get an aid to get that to a 25.

I'm not sure of an item that helps on the next day's energy drain save (except for casting restoration to remove it before it has the chance to be permanent and thus more expensive). That said, Tomas manages to shake off the draugr's life-sapping strike.

And Jakarno, your sheet should be up! As well as Tomas' with Day Job.
