About Tomas StormbornAppearance:
Standing well over 6’ tall, Tomas’ impressive physique is not the first thing that draws attention to the tall, well muscled Aasimar. The most eye drawing part of him is the fact that his skin his made of bright, shining steel. He has long golden hair which he leaves long and flowing free and eyes the colour of perfect sapphires. He wears a breast plate made from Mithral and carrying the pale blue ankh of the silver crusade embossed on the breast.
Apart from the breastplate, Tomas wears a simple white cotton, sleeveless hooded robe, left open to display his breast plate and best to show off his perfectly chiselled metallic arms covered with battle scars, though these are faint. He also wears simple white cotton trousers, torn off just below the knee and leaves his feet bare. On his right arm, seemingly carved into the bright steel is a golden image of a foaming ale tankard, the holy symbol of his patron god, Cayden Cailean. A well made oaken buckler hangs from his belt, again adorned with the foaming mug of the drunken hero god and his only visible weapon is a black leather gauntlet, with mithral spikes swooping back across the hand and studs in the knuckles. Sacred Weapon (4/Day): (sw) For 1 round, weapon gains +1 Enh or quality (brilliant energy, defending, disruption, flaming, frost, keen, and shock, anarchic, vicious, ghost touch,holy) Fervour (5/day): By expending one use of this ability, a good warpriest (or one who worships a good deity) can touch a creature to heal it of 2d6 points of damage. Using this ability is a standard action (unless the warpriest targets himself, in which case it’s a swift action). Alternatively, the warpriest can use this ability to harm an undead creature, dealing the same amount of damage he would otherwise heal with a melee touch attack. Using fervor in this way is a standard action that provokes an attack of opportunity. Undead do not receive a saving throw against this damage. This counts as positive energy. As a swift action, a warpriest can expend one use of this ability to cast any one warpriest spell he has prepared with a casting time of 1 round or shorter. When cast in this way, the spell can target only the warpriest, even if it could normally affect other or multiple targets. Angelic Flesh(Steel): You take a –2 penalty on Disguise and Stealth checks but gain one of the following benefits, depending on the metallic affinity of your flesh (choose one). Steel: You gain a +1 natural armor bonus to AC, and your unarmed strikes or natural weapons count as cold iron for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction. Dragon Style: While using this style, you gain a +2 bonus on saving throws against sleep effects, paralysis effects, and stunning effects. Born in the Demon controlled province of Chu Ye, it was clear from birth that he was no ordinary being. Born to two Tien parents of Human origin, with no idea of the celestial connection in their blood they were startled at his ice white skin, pale sapphire eyes and golden hair. Growing up Tomas was always fast to anger, often causing trouble for his parents. Unable to control him any longer they enlisted him in a monastery to try and curb the violence.
Whilst he excelled at the martial aspects, Tomas struggled with the inner discipline needed to become a true disciple of the monastery and, learning of the famed Mizu Ki Hikari rebels and their fight against the Oni overlords, Tomas fled the monastery to fight under their banner at a mere 13 years old. For the next few years, Tomas honed his skills as a martial artist in fierce battles with the Oni's and their servants. He was given the nickname Stormborn within the rebels for his quick anger and lightning-like fury.
