You actually will have to roll to hit the shadow Illia. It will be a touch attack. Also are you casting the spell or using it from a wand?

kk wasnt sure if i had to roll or not, since i do i'll be better off using something that won't provoke. I'll use eldritch bolt it has the same damage code using force instead. it is a Ranged touch against any foe with 30 ft so no aoo's

Good blessing means that the damage is counted as holy as does extra damage to evil things 1d6

That actual doesnt make the stone magic. So it passes through the shadow dealing no damage.

I forgot you cast magic stone earlier. Its been about 15 to 20 min since then. But how are you getting the first 2d6? It should only be one d6 so it should be 1d6+2+1d6+1, shouldnt it?

I kind of based him after King David, when he was younger, from the Hebrew Scriptures. He also plays stringed instruments but his profession rank is higher. He even worships Rowdrosh the Emperayal Lord of Shepherd.

I ran a few adventures for PFS with the iconic characters because the scenarios were too high for any of the characters that I had at the time. I had the credit applied to E'li. What does that mean exactly? I am not too clear on that. He did not run through them but IIRC gets the boons when he levels up correct? He is still 2nd level correct?

Yes, you have to wait for the character to get to the level that the game was played it before chronicle (all parts) can be applied to your character.

Although if you apply a high level chronicle to L1 character you can just take a flat fee of 500 gold and have it count for the L1 character.

So I should gmjave an EXTRA 1000?

Keep in mind that you have to apply the xp too if you do that and you can only do that for level 1 PCs. You also still can't use any boons on those chronicles until he reaches the appropriate level.

So could I use those xp to a 1st level character that I have now?

Yep. You get 500 gold, 1 xp and 2pp(most likely) for each one. Personally I would wait, but you can do as you see fit.

That is pretty good. What are the benefits of waiting and using? I was playing because I wanted to see what higher level play was like so I really wasn't sure what to do.

There are a lot of play opportunities at low level so you don't need the credit as much. There's a lot less higher tier content. Plus high tier credit has a lot more gold attached to it.

Thanks for that info. We have no PFS anything here in Albuquerque so getting in on these boards is the only chance I have to play.

Just a heads up for everyone. My computer died on sunday and is currently in a shop being looked at. I should have more info on what I need to do to fix it but I think the motherboard died. So right now I can only post from my phone or at work, so my posting rate will be much much slower. Especially on my GM threads. I hope to get this fixed ASAP and will keep you up to date.

NEWS TIME!!!!! I have good news and news... news. First I got a call today saying that my computer has been fixed and I will be picking it up after work. Second I will be leaving at 4:15 am on Wednesday to head to Indy for Gen Con. So I will only be able to post tonight/tomorrow until after Gen Con. Thanks for everyones patience!!

The way I'm reading blunt arrows is that an archer can use it for non-lethal damage with a penalty. So we don't have let it be non-lethal?

the arrows can also do lethal with bludgeoning damage instead of piercing it's mostly for dealing with skeletons and such

Do you happen to watch Critical role on GeekandSundry? They had a live show at Gen Con where the bard does songs to popular stuff (I'm that big into music so most of it goes over my head) One of the songs I'd love to steal is from them fighting a dragon and his song parodied "The Greatest American Hero" theme.

They've been on-line for a year and half so about 60+ episodes for catching up. So better to watch some on youtube first.

Plus it would take time... 3.5 - 5 hours on some of the eps.
