Girion looks at the skeletal figure with disdain. "You cannot be Kassen - even in undeath, he would never turn against the town he built. Name yourself, so that I might know you before I free your soul!" The halo of light around his head flares, filling the room with the holy light of Iomedae.
First action: cast divine favor on myself if I'm not engaged; if he threatens me, I will instead attack with my longsword, activating my legalistic curse ability to gain +4 on the attack roll. (Since I promised to rescue Roldare's sister, I presume killing this guy first qualifies.)

I traded out Orc ferocity for something...can't remember what. So I don't have that option. Looks like the heal gets me to 0, though! I'm not sure what to do at this point. If I recall, I only get 1 move action or fall unconscious again? I am thinking I'd like to take a potion from my bandolier and drink it, but does that provoke an AoO? If it doesn't provoke, I'll roll below. If it does, can I withdraw without losing a hp?

How did it get to me? Looks like it Girion & Tan'ia are blocking the stairs. Since Girion healed Tan'ia she is just prone not helpless so it can't move through her square without and acrobatics check.
