Lumnessa Raziel

Lumnessa now has 4 hit points! She could use 4 more please! Sorry I don't have a wand of my own yet, this is Lumnessa's first adventure!

Thanks, Berosius...saved me a charge! I'll use that second charge on 'bad nome' Lumnessa...it healed 9.
Once everyone is healed, Harrow says "Harrow say keep going same way...always go north...good direction," he says, pointing south.
Harrow looks at Lumnessa. "Harrow think bad nome try to make Harrow feel bad and call him bad names like 'Puny Oracle.' But Harrow think bad nome just teasing, or else would rip arms off bad nome. Here, Harrow give bad nome some healing so maybe bad nome not tease Harrow anymore."

The party continues south. This is a second set of catacombs. There is nothing of interest in here.
Eventually, it leads to a door to the east (circled in red on the NEW MAP).
Berosius
|
Berosius cheerfully helps both Tan'ia and Lumnessa, and that should mean the whole party is fully healed.
Speak up if you still need healing!
"This'll make it all right again," promises the halfling. "The spirits will knit up your flesh and make you right as rain, you'll see!"
wand of cure light wounds on Lumnessa: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
wand of cure light wounds on Tan'ia: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

Lumnessa shouldn't need that charge...I already rolled and marked a charge off for the one I rolled previously.

Taking 20, the party listens, but hears nothing. The door is unlocked, and the party detects no traps. Upon opening the door, you all see the vaulted ceiling of this vast chamber shows significant signs of damage, with numerous cracks along its surface. In the center of the room, a 10-foot-wide bridge crosses a deep chasm. On the other side, a pair of stone statues watch over the end of the bridge in front of a set of grand brass double doors. The statues depict villagers holding shields and spears.
Girion, Son of Aroden
|
Girion advances to the edge of the bridge and looks down into the chasm. How deep is it? I have light on my head from my halo. Surveying the statues, he muses, "The last statues I saw hit me in the head...and these ones don't have pillows on them."

Harrow joins Girion and looks around, as well.
"Ceiling look dangerous," Harrow observes.
perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

Girion Perception: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (7) + 0 = 7
Arak Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (17) + 9 = 26
Arak notices that, while the first 5 feet of the bridge is safe, the remaining 10 feet is rigged with a pressure plate. Both he and Girion stop before the plate is triggered.
Is EVERYONE healed up? Are your HPs all as they should display in yur profiles?
Lumnessa Raziel

Fixed, sorry about that
Harrow Tatterhood
|
"Maybe see what happen if Harrow throw heavy stuff on pressure thingy? Harrow asks.
Harrow looks for any large rocks he might throw.
"Harrow have good idea?" he asks as he prepares to activate the trap.
Lumnessa Raziel
|
Neat! Lumnessa squeals, finally speaking up after Harrow yelled at her.
Lumnessa Raziel
|
Yes! Do it again! I bet I can jump on one of the status are ride it all the way back!
Harrow Tatterhood
|
I think we have two options...we can either toss the rubble on and use it as a distraction to all run across before we're attacked, or we can climb down and back up and bypass the bridge.
"Harrow say everyone get ready to run...Harrow toss this on bridge and statues come attack it, but we already be across," the half-orc suggests.

WEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! Lumnessa screams as she rides the statue across the bridge.
Girion, Son of Aroden
|
"Well done, everyone! Be on your guard, whatever took Roldare's sister is still ahead, somewhere..." ...I hope...
Girion will examine the doors to make sure they are safe, and then wait until the group is ready before opening them.

The wide brass doors swing open on silent hinges to reveal a vast crypt. The only light emanates from a torch mounted above the crypt, flickering with a pale golden fire. Tall pillars march across the chamber, ending at a dais on the far side, on which is set a large stone sarcophagus.
A single form rests beside the coffin, that of a comely woman in tattered clothing. She appears to be asleep or unconscious.

A dry, mirthless laugh can be heard from the dark recesses of the tomb:
"So, Kassen’s heroes have come to fight me again. You will make fine minions in my army of the dead. Come and meet your fate."
With that, a wicked-looking skeleton strides into view wearing polished mail and brandishing a cruel sword in both hands. A cold blue flame burns in its empty eye sockets.
Will update map tomorrow.
