The passage seems to split. One side going next to the water, and heavily covered with webs, the other leading further into the hill. The path by the wather quickly turns into the water, so you continue down the other.. Up ahead it too seems to meet the underground lake, but there it continues.

With the fight against the bird like creatures and spiders completed, Two Blades did a quick check to see if there was anything of value in the area before heading off to join Nirion.

With Nirion getting chewed up by the wolf, Two Blades struck at the beast. The short sword glanced off but the pain caused it to turn its head towards him, causing the tip of the rapier to go deep into its eye.

And the orc falls over dead, his throat slashed out by...the wizard.
Well, that was a bit of an anticlimax
With the immedate battle over you get a chance to look around the area:
Ledges and stairs are carved into the stone walls of this wide-open, high-ceilinged natural cavern. Embedded in a fifteen-foot-tall spire of centuries-old bones stands the skeleton of a massive armored warrior. Though its flesh has long since rotted off its frame, the skeleton still stands proud and regal amid the trappings of battle and mounds of gleaming treasure. The skeleton’s battered halfplate and scarred helmet hint at its many battles, and the warlord’s hands are clenched around a massive stone hammer. Beneath the helmet, a thick, round rock has been embedded in one of the skeleton’s otherwise empty eye sockets.
The sounds of battle outside seem also to be dying down.

Two Blades turned his attention to the injured, healing them using Nirion's wand. With that done, he started to scan the area to see if there was any magic auras or items of value.

Oopse, sorry, with all the excitement of the PFSv2 playtest, this fell to one side.
The orc had a number of magical items on him, but perhaps the brigtest is the armour that the skeleton wears. That is until you notice his weapon whose aura stuns Two blades after he glances at it.
Surely some mighty artifact... mighty orcish artifact at that. Perhaps that might explain the attack on the city.
However for now Trunau is safe, and you, her defenders can bask in some well earned glory.
