Maybe I mised up the healing Aramil and Adriana got, anyway, you'll need the hp, so I'll assume Adriana started on full.
Pooka strikes out with his Halberd, but the blade passes between their ribs.
Everyone is aware they have DR5 against slashing weapons, so if you have an alternative weapon, now is a good time to pull it out
Luna misses with her bite, as does Aramil with his strike.
Can you make it clear what weapon you are using. That helps when working out Damage Reduction

Hakime slashes at the same skelton as Pooka. Her weapon catches a bit of a rib, but really what should have been a fatal blow is just a scratch.
As Harlynne starts to cast her spell, she realises that Umut looks like she is about to strike her with the scythe.
Okay, the nice old lady turns out to be not so nice. Harlynne can try and cast defensively if she likes, or take a move action away - but if she moves she won't get a standard action. Also note she is only on 4 damage after making that save

Since Hakime ended her action with a move, can she have dropped her sword (free action) and drawn her flail as part of that move action? I mean seeing as she would have seen how little damage the sword did, she'd know she needed to change weapons.

Adriana curses and activates her Raise the Dead Revelation, summoning a second Skeleton to her side (1 HD Skeleton), before urging it into battle, quickly pointing it out as a friend to the to her party members.
Tactics wise, if I am aware that Umut turned against us, I'll send it up the stairs, but if I don't, then I'll send it up with my own Skeleton. If its the latter, I intend to have my controlled skeleton and my summoned skeleton 5 foot into flanking positions on the skeleton standing to the right from Armamil.

The folk at the bottom of the stairs don't really know about Umut yet, Gutter being still 'upstairs' does. Hakime can drop and draw.
Adriana causes another of the dead bodies to rise and join the ranks of the Pathfinders.
Gutter jumps back up the stairs and then lashes out with his chain.
Lets get a DC 10 acrobatics check for this - no taking ten. You are half way down a set of stairs, and trying to jump up onto a sarcophogus. Fail and she gets an AOO, but you still get your attack - effectively you are rising from prone in a square next to her.

Based on the spell description, you can stop her from hurting us with what you described Adriana: the spell states "Attack: The target cannot take any action that involves an attack roll, or uses a spell or ability that targets a foe or an area that includes a foe.
Pooka growls in frustration at the predicament the group is in. Cursed skeletons, and me with no blunt weapons. Realizing he is going to be useless against the skeletons, he turns and runs up the stairs where the more fleshy threat. His small size and the agility of his mount allow him to easily duck and dodge around his companions on the stairs. When he reaches the top, he doesn't hesitate launching Luna into a full out attack on the old, evil woman.

They are falling around us! Pooka shouts, directed at his companions, but he isn't specific enough as he says it. Seeing Adriana fall behind him, and the vile priestess in front of him, he wheels his mount around and bounds past Hakime to put himself in between the skeleton and the dying Oracle, urging Luna to attack the walking bones.
I am assuming I can be in Adriana's square since she no longer tactically controls it...

Hakime attacks the skeleton with the pathfinders shield, but it catches the blow of the shield. Nearby Aramil continues dying.
Pooka charges back down the stairs, and stops the skeleton there from finishing off Adriana, but can't land a solid blow on it. He is careful with the feet of Luna and Adriana seems to be in an okay state for someone knocked unconscious by a skeleton.
Gutter and Harlynne both try to disrupt the undead, but the foul air of the tomb interferes with their concentration. And they rolled badly

Actually with just the one skeleton left, and me flying out tomorrow, I'm going to call this a wrap.
Harlynne directs a ray of positive energy at the final skeleton and sends it back to the ground.
Gutter quickly checks on Aramil and stabilises him.
Aaqir al’Hakam sends some help and you are all taken back to the mansion, where the final parts of the funeral happen without any further discord.
It takes a bit of divination, but eventually Aaqir manages to learn a bit of what happened.
Umut was not actually the real Umut, but rather a foul cleric of Urgathoa who killed the real Umut and took her place with the aim of performing necromancy in a temple of Sarenrae (which she did).
As for the merchants, the Pathfinders managed to suffiently impress three of the merchants with the Pathfinder soceity. Aaqir allows the pathfinders to keep the shield as thanks for a job well done.
I'll try to get chronicles out tonight, but on the off chance I don't, your characters are now free to play another scenario.
