He moves carefully to the east, investigating the source of the noise. Poking his head around the corner, he sees Luna ahead, lit by the light of Zokon's sunrod. He bounds up the passage towards her.

So Move action to search for a scent, and then a single 40' move (with the first two squares in darkness so moving at half speed).

The sounds of battle are such that he can hear where people are pretty clearly. He could see Zokon from his previous location (Zokon, and Posh both have lights as well). But he could also see the big nasty monster too so I don't blame him for moving away.

Posh leaps in to save Zokon from the wounded maiden (how many times does a person get to say that, huh?) and distracts the construct long enough to allow the slayer to strike it a ringing blow to the side of the head, twisting it further out of shape.

The metal shrieks as it bends back in place. If any single piece of furniture could kill with a look, it would now be this one.

Patience was never one of Scarlet's strong suits. Flames rage within her. She steps up, her skin turning bright red. She drops her light hammer, grasps the warhammer with both hands and swings as hard as she can. The hammer bursts into flames as she swings.

Celyne Does not find any levers on her first go. If you like, dedicated perception checks (those taken while concentrating on finding something that is normally hidden from normal passive perception) take a move action to perform so you can take second check if you like, you just won't be able to directly act on it this round if you find it. See Tamris above.

Celyne in her haste cannot find the gate release as Zokon's situation becomes more tense.

The stranger sends a liquid arrow sizzling into the iron maiden's side where it quickly begins to burn through. The thing looks more like something nobles in Oppara would call 'modern art' rather than a maiden.

Perception Yes. Basically the first one is free (reactive). A person can stand there and look about for moment (using move actions) to try again. I'm giving you and Celyne a +2 on the roll since you've seen how the last levers worked. There are no hidden levers that you can see from where you are.

Gotta get to work so I'll have to handle Tamris a little later. Go ahead and post assume he is there to flank with if you are standing directly north of the maiden.
