Numalar What form of bluff are you using? I'm guessing 'suggest (strongly) that she leave'. ;)
Suggesting a course of action takes 1 minute of conversation, so I don't think that's what I am doing. But I want her to think that the boar is specifically a threat to her (as if we caused it to be here), rather than necessarily a threat to everyone. So this would be "Deceive or Lie." This might make her run, or it might make her shoot at the boar with her poisoned bolts (which is what I would prefer), but this is up to her depending on what her motivations are.
Zokon and Celyne are clearly attacking Tuskgutter, but Meg goes before them, so this might distract her for a round.
Action: Numalar will delay until after Meg goes, in the hopes that she will waste her action on the boar rather than defend herself against Numalar.

Fan rushes stage right!
Tuskgutter follows the shiny, noisy bard! Charging low and looking to toss the bard who nimbly evades the beast.
gore: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6 damage: 2d6 + 7 ⇒ (2, 3) + 7 = 12 miss
Zokon, Luna and Celyne's magical eagle each take swipes at the beast, but the giant boar muscles on squealing and grunting.
sense motive (really unlikely): 1d20 + 2 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 2 + 10 = 26
Meg, a seasoned hunter in these lands and knowledgeable about the monstrous Tuskgutter takes this time to sneak in and get off a snapshot at the helpless Scarlet. Even if the pig is here for them and it is probably more than time to pick up stakes she has to take the shot given her before the magic gives out and the warrior woman is free.
repeating crossbow (deadly range, sneak attack!): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26 damage: 1d8 + 2d6 ⇒ (1) + (2, 4) = 7
THREAT
repeating crossbow: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24 additional damage: 1d8 ⇒ 8 ouch.
Scarlet still paralyzed sees the bolt coming and is powerless to stop it. It sinks into the unarmored area around her armpit and sends her into shock.

Celyne Scarlet is giving off a terrible smell like something died (or rather is close to dying) in her armor. You need to make a Fortitude save (DC 15) each round that you are within 10 feet of her or feel sickened.

Yeah, Numalar pulled out the longspear the previous round. Since the owl was charging, I might actually hit...

Hmm... not sure... the relevant bit is here:
Touch Spells and Holding the Charge: In most cases, if you don't discharge a touch spell on the round you cast it, you can hold the charge (postpone the discharge of the spell) indefinitely. You can make touch attacks round after round until the spell is discharged. If you cast another spell, the touch spell dissipates.
If I am hit with both magic missile and shocking grasp then I have taken 14 damage and am down. Only one spell and I am wounded but still up. I don't have any defenses against energy damage or magic missiles.
Edit: Hold the phone! Totally forgot I have a brooch of shielding with 5 charges! Even if he gets off the magic missiles I am still standing! Woot! Of course, the Brooch is dead...
BTW the last command I gave Sir Didymus was to defend, but that was when we were still on the hillock. Let me know if he gets to do anything.

My bad. This has been a stupor-busy couple of days. Regardless Tor's smart enough to let the owl go first and the kick a gnome while he's down. He's not some uneducated sorcerer. No, he's a professional and even though he's stuck with a sadist who can only express emotion by torturing dumb animals and an irritating banal woman who won't shut up about her gods damned crossbow he doesn't kill without need--right now though he's feelin' the need.

Since the above was almost all OOC...
Numalar thrusts at the owl as it flies in but fails to damage it, and it strikes him with a burst of electricity.
"Argh! Damn bird! By Macrathane's Codpiece, I'll cook you for dinner!"
Numalar is then struck by bolts of force, but there is a flash and he seems unharmed by it.

The previous fiery escape would have discharged when the owl hit you for 1 nonlethal. So for a moment it looked as though a small fiery, electric-laced cloud of plasma was riding Sir Didymus. I hadn't specifically said that I would use it that round, so I had assumed I missed my chance to use it.
BTW, there is no fire involved. The spell manifests as if Numalar has suddenly been covered in heavy, solid gold scales. The premise is that real dragons get DR/magic after a certain age category so the spell invokes that protection (as a gold dragon), more or less.

I was going by the note in this post.
That said, I'm willing to imagine that Numalar (even though he is a Small ground creature) might overcome his instinctual need to defend himself from Tiny evil owls that fly into his airspace (actual 'space') and allow you the choice.

With the ground seeming weird, Alia expects another trapdoor to be there. Hoping the Kobolds may not be aware of the exact position and their own location, but try to get into flanking position again, Alia will sidestep away from the current flank and pretend to focus fully on the enemy to the north of her, leaving her back wide open.
Bluff to pretend being open: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3 I suppose with a 1, I actually do leave myself open...I assume if there's no trap door or he does not try to flank, I'll be so off-guard that I'll be flat-footed against the second kobold?

I do figure Numalar would know that his spell doesn't protect him against touch spells, and that's what the owl is doing. Numalar would be especially worried about the poisoned bolts of Meg's (assuming I am aware that Scarlet has been poisoned... am I?). So we'll go with stopping that 3 points instead of the 1 nonlethal damage. I would have been staggered at 0 HP if I took the 3 points (and still able to hit Meg with something), though with 1 nonlethal it will only take 2 more points to knock me out.

Casting daze on Meg, Will DC 15
Numalar leans down and says to Sir Didymus: "Attack!" while pointing at Meg.
Handle Animal DC 10: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
The owl will get an AoO on me as I leave his space, but I'm going to chance it as I don't want Meg to get away. If he hits me for 2 I will be staggered and 3 or more will render me unconscious (and I may fall out of the saddle).
If I think Meg is dazed then I will use windy escape draconic defense against the owl if necessary (though I don't think I can legally use it against his AoO as I have already used my swift action by casting it earlier). If Meg is still able to act I will save it for her.
Edit: I will also take a free action to grow claws now that I am in melee range.

Sir Didymus. |

"Woof!"
Sir Didymus rushes forwards and snaps at Meg.
Bite (+ charge): 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 3 + 2 = 201d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Trip (+ charge): 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 3 + 2 = 6
No dice on the trip but the bite itself might have landed. Sir Didymus' AC is now 13 (touch AC 10).
Edit: Just realized that Sir Didymus is still wounded from the haggard wolf bite. But I still made the handle animal check (only just).
