Scarlet has the rope and will try to help up the man in the pit when her turn comes up.

Correct. It would take you another move action to get your dog moving with a handle animal check. Druids and rangers I think get a little more leeway in those regards.
I'll post for Celyne and Luna later tonight if we don't hear anything. They're on your side so if you want to make suggestions please post 'em in the discussion thread... I know Scarlet isn't doing anything.... Ghoul touch is quite the dick spell.

Yep. Her trigger to act was when someone gets within 10' of Scarlet. So her action 'occurs' just before yours completes--You move she shoots you can move away from Scarlet. Your perception roll is reactionary so you do see her even though it appears someone--probably her--has set up at least one sniper's blind.

The fleeing kobolds run right into Alia without seeing her. The magus takes advantage of their mistake and catches the lead kobold with her pointy blade pushing it through a narrow opening in their beetle-like armor. In shock and relying on muscle memory the kobold deflects her second blow with his klar.
