JUST so I'm clear, does Lothan break himself free? Do I need to roll something for that, or what?

You know, after all those crappy rolls by Al, Kyffin, and Lothan, I was thinking to myself today, "Man, I hope Tristain uses disintegrate. I'm thinking that's our only hope at this point. No way Kyffin can take another 120 damage."

And when I finally checked the thread tonight, THERE IT IS! DISINTEGRATE! Then I'm like, "YES!!!" The only thing I was concerned about was its hit points. I was hoping it would be enough to kill it. So I was shocked, and super-relieved, when mott said it only had 18 hp's left. Then I'm like, "WHEW!!!" Talk about sweating bullets. :P

You forget, Kyffin is IMMORTAL. None can kill him. It's why he's always up front. :)

That said, that disintegration was very well timed! Thanks Tristain!

Wow, HeroLab works again! I just needed to run the update from 2022 (facepalm)

Al is updated to lvl 16, a few things changed that I missed during the manual updates, mostly skill bonuses and few other dex bonuses.
